Milling 20 mm thick old PC by appropriate machine/ roler including picking up scarified material and stacking old useful material in PWD store/ site as per direction of Engineer (NS) and scarified material will be handed over to the department after proper stacking as per direction by Engineer Milling of distress bituminous layer upto 20mm depth in single pass with suitable milling machine (capable of milling @ 200-300 sqm area per Hr.) fitted with loading conveyor for loading the milled material directly on the trucks for safe disposal with all leads and lifts complete in all respects and stock duly as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge. Carriage of old bitumenious material from site to SDE, P-III, Pipli store an average lead of 14.00 Km. (NS)

As per x-section attached as DNIT at section 9 . This item also include earth work if required in sub grade for widening and shoulders . Earth used for sub grade shoulder and berms should have minimum CBR of 8% . Note:- No earth work will be allowed to be taken from PWD B&R/ ROW except for surplus earth after approval from engineer. Preparation of sub grade including trenching, rough dressing of spoil, final dressing of earth, to given levels and camber, watering, rolling with road roller, and compacting the bed (HSR 24.1) Note: - In widening portion sub grade will be prepared with the use of Baby roller (HSR 24.1) or width of excavation should be made sufficient wide to accommodate road roller. Extra width required for compaction of sub grade shall not be paid and its expenditure shall be in incidental to the work

Providing and laying 150 / 300 mm thick granular sub base consisting of filter layer confirming to Table 400.1 Grading - III of MoRT&H 5th edition, mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC, carriage of mix material to the site of work, spreading in uniform layer with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory power roller to achieve desired density complete as per clause No. 401 of MoRT&H specifications. (N.S.). Note: - 1.Only crushed metal material should be used. No local earth sand shall be used. The material finer than 425 micron shall have zero Plasticity Index (PI). 2. Materials to be used and operations of manufacturing shall be approved by engineer.

Manufacturing, supplying and laying of precast cement concrete rectangular block (0.45 M x 0.30 M x 0.15 M ) M-30 grade using minimum cement concrete 320Kg/ per cum with digital batching plant duly compacted with table vibration including setting in position over bed prepared with 25mm thick fine sand and filling up the joints with fine sand (NS).

Relaying old CC blocks over 25 mm thick fine sand including transportation from road side where stacked excluding cost of CC blocks and complete in all respect as per specifications (NS).

Providing and laying 80 mm thick ISI marked internlocing paver blocks conforming to IS 15658:2006 /IRC:SP:63-2004 of all Shapes and colours in design mix cement M-40 over a bed of 30 mm thick fine sand complete in all respect. (HSR 10.159).

Providing and fixing public Information Board consisting of 75mm GI Pipe of size 2.45 Mtr. x 1.15 Mtr. with 900mm x 900mm G.I. Sheet 16 gauge connected / welded with 5mm thick steel plate of 50mm duly painted as per column mentioned in the drawings and fixing at site in 60 x 60 x 75 cms. Cement concrete 1:2:4 block complete in all respect (N.S.)
