Taking down old unserviceable LT PCC/steel tubular pole any description complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and erection of steel tubular swaged pole 410 SP-31 (9.0 metre long) with CI base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts & screws as per IS 2713 Part -I & II including painting with two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide zinc primer on exposed portion, two coats of anticorrosive paint over a coat of red oxide primer to embedded portion of pole and marking 30 cm wide alternative strips in black and white with synthetic enamel paint upto 1.5 m from ground level and write number (not less than 10 cm in hight) using synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and erection of pre-stressed concrete pole in vertical position, 9 meter long 102mm X 172mm at top and 102mm X 279mm at bottom class-10 confirming to IS-1678 including marking 30 cm wide alternative strips in black and white with synthetic enamel paint upto 1.5 m from ground level and write number (not less than 10 cm in hight) using synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F in replacement GI pipe 40 mm bore light grade bent to the shape of bracket 1.2 Mtr in length for mounting of street light fitting and fixed on pole with MS clamp, nut, bolt and washer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing junction box made of 2mm thick MS sheet of size 250x200x100mm (approx) complete with hinged door locking arrangement and consisting of 01 No panel mounted connector 4 pole 32A-01 No, MCB SP 06 Amps, 10 KA-01 No including 02 Nos cable glands suitable for inserting cable not less than 50 sqmm with 01 No of 01mm thick GI plate (150x50mm) having two holes as per the size of cable glands, fixed with cable gland for earth connectivity confirming to IP-65 including fixing on street light pole with MS clamps, bolts, nuts and washers all as specified and directed. Note : The rate quoted shall include cost of MS Clamps, bolts, nuts and washers

Excavation in trenches in hard/dense soil not exceeding 1.5 metre wide and not exceeding 1.5metre in depth and getting out complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches in hard/dense of soil not exceeding 1.5 metre wide and exceeding 1.5metre but n.exc. 3.0m in depth and getting out complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in with excavated soil, including spreading, leveling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated materials (soil) at a distance not exceeding 50metre and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 meter above starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying sand cushioning with local dry and clean sand over and under the cable for protection of cable , 80 mm thick before laying the cable 150 mm thick after laying the cable complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Only punned thickness of 180mm shall be measured for payment.

Supply and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class LV, type 1, flat size 250mm x 150mm x 40mm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete (1:4:8) type D-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregates) in foundation of PCC poles/ struts, etc. complete all as specified and directed

M&L for plain cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregates) for coping/plinth of poles, including necessary form work finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed

S&F in repairs aluminium conductors steel reinforced (ACSR conforming to IS : 398) Part-II)-1976 for HT/LT over head lines on PCC/ steel/rail poles including Aluminium binding wire complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs GI wire 4mm dia (8 SWG) stretching and fixing on pole for continious earth conductor, Guard wire 3.2 mm (10 SWG) for cradle (Hexagonal/rectangular) including binding wire complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair stay assembly complete with accessories shown in electrical plate No 1 with stay rod of 16 mm dia including loop insulator suitable for 1.1 KV (size 65x90 mm) with clearance of hole 16 mm and MS stay plate size 230mm x 230mm x 6mm, stay clamps complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for galvanised stay strand 7/3.15 mm or 7/4.00 mm size with minimum tensile strength of 700 N/ Sqmm and conforming to IS : 2141-1979 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair pin type polymer/porcelain, vitreous, white, brown or green insulator including Galvanised Mild Steel spindle, two Galvanised iron washers and one GI nut 100 mm height , 65 mm dia suitable for 1100 Volt working pressure grade (LT) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair shackle type polymer/porcelain, vitreous, white, brown or green insulator including Galvanised Mild Steel straps, washers, suitable bolts, washers and nuts of size 100 mm height, 115 mm dia for 1100 volts working pressure grade complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs danger notice plate 1.6 mm thick mild steel sheet, viterous enamelled white, with letters , figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with MS clamps, bolts and nuts of approved size for LT of size 20x15 cm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying and testing of XLPE Insulated ,screened, PVC bedded, armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 120 sqmm, 3.5 core including taking down existing unserviceable cable and removing from site complete all as specified and directed.
