Taking down cement plaster of any description including racking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water etcand removal of entire debris as ordered outside MD land complete all as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) in ground floor and paving not exceeding 15 cm thick above or below ground level and removal of entire debris as ordered outside MD land complete all as directed.

Demolition of brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc and removal of debris to a distance not exceeding 50 mts and depositing where directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of AC Corrugated or semi corrugated sheet etc any thickness including ridges as in roof covering and stacking at site where directed and removal of debris to a outside MOD land and depositing where directed complete all as directed.

M&L for Type B0 1:2:4 (12.50 mm graded aggregate) providing cement concrete in roof kerbs or mud stops,rounded or chamfered on edges complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L factory made pre cast PCC 1:3:6, type C1 (using 20 mm graded granite aggregate) as in block masonry with solid blocks, exceeding 10 cm in width and setting in CM 1:6 complete all as specified.

Supply only Integral Water Proofing Compound (ISI Marked) of Make : CICO, Acco Proof, Impermo, Aqua flex as approved.

S&F rolled mild steel work as in roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats, necessary welding etc. conforming to Grade E-250 quality ‘A’ all as specified and as directed.

S&F welded steel wire fabric complete, weight not exc 4 Kg per sqm and fixed to wood or steel members

Supply and fixing 6 mm thick asbestos cement, corrugated or semi corrugated sheets in roofs, walls etc and fixed with ‘L’ type or ‘J’ type or cranked hooks bolts complete all as specified

All as per serial item No 11 here-in-before but except sheets. Note : Old serviceable sheets retrieved from serial item No. 5 here-in-before shall be used under this item

M&L for 6 mm thick asbestos cement two piece adjustable serrated ridge for corrugated or semi corrugated sheets fixed with ‘L’ type or J type or cranked hook bolt complete all as specified

S&F Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws or ‘L’ type or ‘J’ type or cranked hooks bolts complete all as specified & directed

Supply and fix Pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI plain sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws or L type or J type or cranked hook bolts or as per manufacture instruction all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing 2 mm thick fibre glass reinforced translucent corrugated sheeting with two corrugation side lap fixed with self tapping screws and washer in roof, wall etc complete all as specified & as directed

Material and labour for removal of existing WPT course or any other kind of treatment surface over roof slab and cleaning of surface with wire brushes and water removing of unsolvent materials and depositing of the same outside MoD land and provide 10 mm thick screed bed/ bedding layer in CM 1:3 mixed with Water Proofing Compound (WPC) as per manufacturer instructions, including finishing the surface fair and even on RCC roof/ parapet once bedding layer of concrete is completely dried and apply oil bound bituminous primer @ 0.20 Kg/Sqm and providing 4mm thick APP modified water proofing membrane weighing not less than 4.00 Kg/Sqm reinforced with non woven polyster matt weighing not less than 160 gms/Sqm including minimum 10 cm side over laps and 15 cm end lap torch sealed and bonded as per detailed procedure as directed, apply a coat of blown grade hot bitumen 90/15 grade over the membrance @1.2 Kg/Sqm and finally finished the top surface with solar reflective bituminious aluminium @ 0.10 Kg/Sqm complete all as specified and as directed. Note: (i) The quoted rate is deemed to be inclusive of taking down & removal of debris , 10 mm thick 1:3 screed & complete APP treatment. (ii) WPC will be paid seperately (iii) The work shall be carried out only through manufacturer or their authorised applicator and a written guarantee for work shall be submitted by the manufacturer for the effectiveness of WPT (iv) Care shall be taken to avoid wrinkle and air gaps while sticking membrane to the bitumen applied surface.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:6 on brick work/ block concrete surface finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified.

M&L for rendering 5 mm thick in CM 1:3 on brick work/stone work or concrete surface finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified.

Three coats of white wash on newly plastered surface of walls after necessary preparation of surface complete all as directed.

All same as per item No. 20 here- in – above but as in ceiling -do-

M & L Two coats of 1st quality synthetic enemal paint over a coat of zinc chromate primer over any description of new steel surface over 10 cm in width or girth including necessary preparation of new steel surface complete all as directed.

Taking down old rusted / wornout 25 mm bore GI tubing after necessary disconnection & S&F new 25 mm bore CPVC pipes SDR 11 & Plain CPVC SDR 11 fittings fixed on walls/ceiling or laying in floors making necessary connection& testing on completion complete all as directed.

Taking down old rusted / wornout 20 mm bore GI tubing after necessary disconnection & S&F new 20 mm bore CPVC pipes SDR 11 & Plain CPVC SDR 11 fittings fixed on walls/ceiling or laying in floors making necessary connection& testing on completion complete all as directed.

Disconnecting existing tanks, setting aside ( for lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning,etc and hoisting if required reconnecting and refixing in positing including cleaning and removing all scale and dirt,etc from tanks and from mouths of circulating pipes. ( Capacity exc 1000 but n exc 2000ltrs)

S&F 110mm bore PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints / solvent cement joints fixed to walls complete all as specified including dismantling & taking down old unserviceable 110mm bore PVC pipe with fittings

S & F 110 mm bore, PVC (SWR) bends of any radius complete all as specified and directed.

Removing complete shrubs/ vegetation upto root grown in any description such as grown in wall / beam / roof /chajja etc in height up to three storey building including filling the holes where the shurbs removed with cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0 (12.5mm graded stone aggregate) of minimum size 15cm x15cm x 15cm or as required and making good the distured surface as per its original specification to the satisfaction Engineer-in-charge& removal of the taken out shurbs out of MD land and disposed complete all as directed.
