Registration Certificate under Factories Act for each of the production plant which is valid and renewed up to date and it has to be registered in Karnataka state at least one year before the bidding date and the machine should be in working condition. If this certificate is in any language other than English/Kannada then it has to be translated in to English/Kannada and to be uploaded with bidder signature. If there are more than one production plant then there should be a separate Factory Registration for each production plant wherever other units also come under Factories Act. For the units for which Factories Act is not applicable then appropriate registration certificates issued by Labour Department, Industries and Commerce Department may be submitted. It is expected that the production plant is well established with staff having an experience to work in the production line.Production Plant should be well established and must be located within Karnataka)

Copy of Khata Certificate / Khata Extract with Latest Tax paid receipt /Sale Deed if the property is owned /Lease agreement: if it is taken on lease basis. The lease agreement shall be valid at least up to the contract validity period. Sale deed or Lease/ Rent agreement and other documents should be in the name of firm only weather it is proprietorship/ Private/Public Limited Company /Partnership. In support of ownership / Tenancy of infrastructure facilities like building, Go-down etc., shall be situated within the state of Karnataka, where the factory registration is done. (only the bidders having prescribed infrastructure within the States of Karnataka is eligible to participate in this tender). It is expected to have about 10,000 sq feet to have easy and safe movement of the materials and an additional 5,000 sq feet for the safe storage of finished goods as well as to stock the paper and for quality checking. Declaration has to be submitted in this regard having details such as validity period of the agreement, availability of space in sq feet should be mentioned and duly signed by the CA
