Brick masonary in cement :sand mortar with 2nd class bricks (100b or 75 A) of class designation in foundation and plinth including scaffolding screening of sand and curing complete.

Extra charges in case of brick masonary between plinth and floor 2 level

Providing and Laying cast-in-situ concrete work 1:4:8 with 40mm size aggregate. Volumetric batching, including curing hore and running charges of concrete mixer, vibrator, T&P but excluding formwork costs.

Filling of available excavated earth and ramming with leadupto 1 Km and lift upto 1.5mtr.

Providing and Laying cast-in-situ concrete work 1:1.5:3 with 20mm size aggregate. Volumetric batching, including curing hore and running charges of concrete mixer, vibrator, T&P but excluding formwork costs.

Providing and Laying 50mm thick concrete flooring in 1:2:4 mix with 20mm nominal size of stone aggregateincluding cost of 5mm thick glass strips

Assembling and placing reinforcing steel bars for RCC work including cost of binding wire.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for Columns, Pillars, Piers, Abutments, Posts and Struts

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for Lintels, beams, plinth beams, girders,bressumers and centilevers.

Extra charges for propping height over 4.5 mtr and upto 5.5 mtr including cost of nails rops etc

15mm Cement plaster of mix: 1 : 6( 1 cement : 6 fine sand) with making of groove between brick work and RCC.

20 mm Cement plaster of mix: 1 : 6( 1 cement : 6 coarse sand) with making of groove between brick work and RCC.
