Surface cleaning, Application of paint (Tractor Emulsion from Asian Paints), cleaning of splashes of paint and disposal of debris.Cost including cost and conveyance of all materials and including all labour charges etc complete

Fencing of transformer area:

All work including laying of foundation, construction of compound wall measuring 20ft (approx). Length and 4ft tall using 6" Cement bricks, plastering work and painting. Thereafter, all work relating to installation of lattice PVC sheets of 8ft height over the compound wall of 20ft length matching the size of existing fencing frames, painting and finishing. Cost should include cost and conveyance of all materials and including all labour charges etc complete.

Replacement of broken tiles in the garden area next to transformer:

All work relating to dismantling of all existing clay tiles which are laid, fresh masonry, plastering work and laying work for fixing new wall tiles (Clay) of 200 Sft (approx) upto finishing. Cost should include cost and conveyance of all materials and including all labour charges etc complete.

Leveling of garden area and lawning the grass:

All work including cleaning of land, levelling of land using red soil mixed with manure and laying of Mexican grass on an approx garden area of 500 Sft, laying of stepping stones measuring 1'X1' of 2" thickness using Msand and filling of gaps with grass and finishing. Cost should include cost and conveyance of all materials and including all labour charges etc complete.

Changing of rusted GI pipes with CPVC water pipes, where required:

All work relating to removal of GI pipes which are rusted and replacing the same with new CPVC pipes from the overhead tank to Ground floor (Approximate 250 ft length) alongwith other fittings of an approved brand.Cost should include cost and conveyance of all materials and including all labour charges etc complete.

Cleaning of Water Storage sump and overhead water tanks:

All work relating to cleaning of water storage sump and overhead water tank in the site viz., cleaning of surroundings, emptying the storage tanks, sludge removal, High pressure water-jet cleaning, vaccum cleaning followed by anti-bacterial spray on the ceiling and walls. Cost should include cost and conveyance of all materials and including all labour charges etc complete.

Construction of Wooden bridge with MS grill over the pond in Ground floor:

All work relating to cleaning of pond, construction of bridge (curve shaped) approximately measuring 10’ over the pond using water proof wooden planks and MS railing using 1 ¼ ” X ¼” Angle for MS Railing, 1 ½ “ Round Pipe as Railing top pipe, 1 ½ “ Round Pipe as verticle pipe for supporting top pipe and 1” Round Pipe as Centre Horizontal pipe. Cost should include cost and conveyance of all materials and including all labour charges etc complete.

Gardening and beautification with greenery near the compound wall and entrance of the building:

All work relating to gardening viz., removing old ungrown shrubs, stones, cleaning of land, pruning and trimming of trees, removal of debris, leveling of land using red soil, plantation of saplings 30 Nos. and in addition providing of 50 Nos. pots (Big size) with saplings – Pandanus, Crysanthymum, Safflora, Alpinia, Monstera, Monstera Deliciosa, Philodendron, Ceylon Beauty, Radermachera, Eugenia, Golden Cypress, Peace Lily. Cost should include cost and conveyance of all materials and including all labour charges etc complete.
