Construction of granular sub-base by providing well graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with smooth wheel roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per Technical Specification Clause 401

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with three wheel 80-100 kN static roller in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, crushable screening to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading 2 as per Technical Specification Clause 405.

Providing and applying primer coat with Bitumen emulsion (SS-2) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at rate of 0.70 Kg/Sqm using mechanical means as per Technical Specification Clause 502.

Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen VG-10 using Bitumen distributor at the rate of 0.35 kg per sqm on the prepared granular surfaces treated with primer & cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503.

Providing, laying and rolling of open-graded premix carpet of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregates either using penetration grade bitumen or emulsion to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 kN static roller capacity, finished to required level and grades to be followed by seal coat of Type as per Technical Specification Clause 508.

Providing and laying seal coat sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using Type C as per Technical Specification Clause 510.

Earthwork in excavation for structures as per drawing and technical specifications Clause 305.1 including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious material and disposal upto a lead of 50 m, dressing of sides and bottom and backfilling in trenches with excavated suitable material as per technical specification clause 300

Providing concrete for plain/reinforced concrete in open foundations complete as per drawings and technical specifications Clause 802, 803, 1202 & 1203.

Brick masonry work in cement mortar in foundation complete excluding pointing and plastering as per drawing and technical specifications Clauses 600, 1202 & 1203.

Plastering with cement mortar (1:4) on brick work as per drawing and technical specification Clauses 613.4 and 1204.

Providing concrete for plain/reinforced concrete in Substructure complete as per drawings and technical specifications Clause 802, 804, 805, 806, 807, 1202 and 1204 (CC grade M-20)

Supply and laying of 1000 mm dia RCC NP-3 Hume Pipe Culvert etc. complete as per direction by E/I.

Brick on edge pavement on patries with bricks laid dry, joints filled with local sand including preparation of base to proper slope and its ramming, spreading a layer of 1 cm. 3/8" depth of local sand over the subgrade & including supply of all materials. SOR 763

Providing and laying boulders apron laid in wire crates made with 4 mm dia GI wire conforming to IS: 208 & IS : 4826 in 100mm x 100mm mesh (weaved diagonally) including 10 percent extra for laps and joints laid wtih stone boulders weighing not less the 40 kg each.
