Design, fabrication, testing, supply of 100 cubic meter Vertical air storage tank as per ASME Boiler and pressure vessel codes Section VIII, Division-1 with U stamping code of construction.
Deployment of third-party inspection agency for Design and drawings appraisal, inspection and testing as per ASME codes with U stamp in accordance with the factory/onsite acceptance tests.
Copper slag blasting, Cleaning, anti-corrosive coating and additional synthetic enamel finishing of the exterior surfaces.
Design and construction of civil foundation structure for vertical mount tank and PCC flooring and fencing with gate around the storage tank at CSIR-NAL site as per layout drawing.
Transportation and installation of air storage tank at CSIR-NAL.
Supply, installation and connection of 8- inch motorized gate valve – 1 no., 8 - inch non-return valve – 1 no. to the existing header line with additional piping/pipe joints and supports as per the layout drawings.
Handing over of all relevant drawings, test reports, certificates and other documents. The total job shall be handled by the Vendor/Bidder on a turnkey basis.
