Pruning of tree branches not less than 1.5 mtr around the LT/HT Overhead line which obstructing the maintenance of electric supply as well as illumination in area including repair of damage broken ACSR conductor GI wire and jumpers, testing of line complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. NOTE:- Each span shall not be less than 30 mtr length.

Installation cleaning, bushes and grass cutting including removing cutting materials complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for Painting of following steel poles/structure including cleaning the old surface and applying two coat of aluminium paint on poles as well as in all steel structure mounted on pole viz. cross arms, clamps, bolts, nuts, brackets etc. and painted with two coat of synthetic enamel paint of two different colour of 30 cm wide strips upto 1.50 mtr height from top of PCC coping complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. NOTE:- (i) Pole will be cleaned with wet cotton cloth before painting. (ii) Size and colour of two different colour strips for HT & LT pole shall be decided by Engineer-in-Charge as per electricity code of practice. (iii) All poles will be numbered of size as directed by Engineer-in-Charge and as per electricity code of practice and cost shall deemed to be included in the cost of above item.

S&F in replacement Hot press PVC moulded (Fire Proof) junction box of size 150 mm x 100 mm x 60 mm, complete with two No. aluminium bus bar of size 100 mm x 30 mm x 05 mm for phase and neutral, mounted on insulators, front opening door, locking arrangement and fixing with suitable size clamp and nut and bolt on pole, Including connection of incomer and outgoing cable by Galvanizes nut bolt and washer of suitable size and proper lugs, making hole in bus bar. Fixing/Jointing only in replacement cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for straight through hot shrinkable type joint complete with jointing material and accessories outdoor type complete suitable for three core XLPE armoured 95 sqmm aluminium conductor cable. Note:- Straight through hot shrinkable type joint will be issued free for fixing from AGE(E/M) Store yard.

Supply and fixing in replacement of unserviceable MCCB, 415 volt, fixed type, 36KA, 4 pole, capacity 100 Amp complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. MAKE:- ABB, Havells, LEGRAND.

Supply and fixing in replacement of unserviceable MCCB, 415 volt, fixed type, 36KA, 4 pole, capacity 400 Amp complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. MAKE:- ABB, Havells, LEGRAND.

Supply only hydraulic crimper head tools portable split manual wire crimping 16 to 300 Sqmm along with hose termination complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. MAKE- VOLTZ,(Model- FYQ-300) equivalent Make In Jainson Bhoomi.

M&L for GI nut and bolt with 3 mm washer of size 6 mm dia, 25 mm length, for jointing aluminium strip.

S&F in repair for E14 screw base lamp holder with E14 base LED lamp warm white holder fitting arrangement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for spreading 40mm size stone aggregate spread and levelled in Sub Station around two pole/four pole structure all as directed.

M&L for bamboo ladder size 80 mm dia, 9m length, minimum strength 150 kg/step complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L in replacement of Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60cm X 60 cm x 6mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25m deep below normal ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5m below ground level earth plate connected with GI earthing strip (32X6mm) as earthing lead for transformer/feeder pillar box etc by means of bolts, nuts, check nut and washers of galvanised iron all as shown in Electrical plate No.3 of MES Sch part I and testing on completion. Necessary excavation and earth work, adequate common slat, charcoal dust and funnel PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 pit with pre-cast RCC (1:2:4) type B-1 cover, 40mm thick reinforced with 6 mm dia bars, MS bar 3 Nos both ways funnel with 20mm dia GI medium grade watering pipe , earthing lead from earth plate to equipment earth point complete all as specified. Note:- Additional earth strip shall be measured and paid separately under respective item here in after 07 meter more than from pit.

M&L in replacement of cable XLPE insulated heavy duty electric cables with Stranded aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade, passing through trenches/ducts/pipes and climbing on poles/walls including fixing with proper size of aluminium lugs. For the following sizes. Make : Asian Cables (RPG), Havells India Ltd, Gloster, Finolex Cable Ltd. NOTE:- Excavation and earth work to be measured and paid separately.

Excavation in in trenches not exceeding 1.5 mtrs wide & not exceeding 1.5 mtr in depth in soft or loose soil & getting out complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Removing excavated material not exceeding 50mtr & deposited where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5mtr above the ground level.

Returning , filling in spreading, levelling, watering & well Ramming in layers not exc 25cm thick complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.
