Taking down carefully copper / aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete with fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, sockets, lamp holders, brackets, bulk head fittings, tube light fittings etc. and making good disturbed surfaces of walls etc. as per existing finishes by plastering, repairs and white / colour wash etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for point wiring for one light point / fan point / bell point / 5 Ampere socket outlet point (independent point), controlled by one, one way switch with 1.50 sqmm size PVC insulated unsheathed 1100 volts grade single core (multi-stranded) copper conductor cable (FR) drawn into and including medium grade PVC conduit concealed (not less than 20 mm dia) all necessary fittings and accessories fixed concealed (including chase cutting in brick/stone masonery wall for fixing conduit and plastering the external surfaces and matching the same with existing suface) and sunk cast iron or pressed steel terminal boxes for mounting fitting like switches, sockets, lamp holders, sketch fittings and covered with 3 mm thick plastic laminated bakelite sheet cover fixed with brass screws and cup washers including one continuous run of PVC insulated 1.50 sqmm size copper conductor cable as in earth wire and connected to common earth dolly complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge are as follows :- (a) One light/one fan/one bell point controlled by one, one way switch.

All as per item No 2 above but one light point controlled by two Nos of two way switch.

All as per item No 2 above but one socket outlet 5 pin 5 Amp controlled by one, one way switch on same board.

All as per item No 2 above but one socket outlet 5 pin 5 Amp controlled by one, one way switch on independent board.

All as per item No. 2 hereinbefore but wiring with using cable 2.50 sqmm size copper wire (FR) and earth wire of PVC insulated (Green colour) 2.50 Sqmm size copper wire for one 6 pin socket outlet, 16 Amperes on independent board.

Material & Labour for Point wiring complete with 1.5 Sq mm (nominal area)FRLS PVC insulated un-sheathed and stranded copper conductor cable ISI marked and including PVC concealed conduit ISI marked of size 25 mm dia and 1.5 mm wall thickness and conduit fittings including FRLS PVC insulated unsheathed 1.5 Sqmm copper earth wire to common earth and connecting to earth dolly and Metal Flush box, cover plate with frame of suitable size for fixing modular switches/sockets/fan regulator etc complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge for the following (Note : Cost of Metal boxes and modular accessories like cover plates will be included in quoated rate.) (a) Fan point/ exhaust fan point / one light point / bell/ buzzer controlled by one switch/ bell push.

All as per item No 7 above but one light point controlled by two Nos of two way switch.

All as per item No 7 above but one socket outet point 5 amps on the same board.

All as per item No 7 above but one socket outet point 5 amps on the independent board.

All as Ser item 7 here in before but with 2.5 sq mm wire and earth wire of 2.5 sq mm for 3 Pin 15 Amp modular type socket outlet.

Supply & Fixing lamp holder, PVC / polycarbonate type insulated body with back plate suitable for batten / angle fittings complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in repairs single phase call bell ‘DING DONG’, AC 230 volts single pole fixed over and including pressed steel sunk box of size 175 X 100 mm duly covered with 3 mm thick bakelite sheet complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Supply & Fixing bell push, flush type, single pole 5 amps complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and Fixing in repairs metal enclosure (plug & socket type DB) complete including single pole and neutral enclosure with two pin, earth plug and socket complete with one SP MCB C Curve type of capacity 20 Amp, 10 KA all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Supply & Fixing in repairs MCB single pole, 240 volts, 6 to 32 Ampere, rupturing capacity 10 KA, ‘C’ curve type complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Supply & Fixing in repairs MCB double pole, 240 volts, 40 to 63 Ampere, rupturing capacity 10 KA, ‘C’ curve type complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Supply & Fixing in repairs MCB double pole higher rating, 240 volts, 100 Ampere, rupturing capacity 10 KA, ‘C’ curve type complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Supply & Fixing in repairs sheet metal enclosure for DB’s (Double door type) when MCB’s to be used, single pole and neutral, 4 ways with 200 ampere rated bus bar, 240 volts fixed sunk / flush to the wall with IP-43 and IK-09 protection complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Supply & Fixing in repairs sheet metal enclosure for DB’s (Double door type) when MCB’s to be used, single pole and neutral, 8 ways with 200 ampere rated bus bar, 240 volts fixed sunk / flush to the wall with IP-43 and IK-09 protection complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Supply & Fixing in repairs Distribution Board double Door made out of CRCA mild steel sheet surface with insulated material like polyester or with epoxy powder coating and IP 43 & IK 09 protection surface mounting SPN 12 way with IP-43 and IK-09 protection, 240 volts with bus bar rating 200 Amps, dust and vermin proof suitable for incorporation of MCB’s and isolators etc complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge. (Note : cost of removing old wooden box and making good of surface as existing specifications i.e. brick work, plastering, whitewash/colour/distemper etc is included in quated rate)

Supply & Fixing in repairs MCCB Incomer distribution board double door vertical type made out of CRCA MS sheet surface with insulated material like polyester or with epoxy powder coating surface mounting TPN 4 way, 415 volts with copper bus bar rating 200 Amps, dust and vermin proof suitable for incorporation of MCCB and IP 43 - IK 09 protection with and incl 100 amp 36 kA 4 pole MCCB with thermal - magnetic setting and Icu = Ics = 100% including Suitable type MCB with blank plate including taking down old MCCB complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge. (Note : cost of removing old wooden box and making good of surface as existing specifications i.e. brick work, plastering, whitewash/colour/distemper etc is included in quated rate)

Material & Labour in repairs sub main wiring with 1100 volt grade two single core FR Wire PVC insulated and unsheathed cable with stranded copper conductor 6 sqmm drawn into and including electrical grade PVC conduit not less than 25 mm dia with IS 9537 (Part-III) 1983 mark, or relevant ISI mark with all accessories fixed concealed including chase cutting in brick/ stone masonry for fixing conduit and making good the disturb surfaces of wall as per existing including 6 sqmm multi - stranded copper conductor as earth wire in green colour complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge including taking down old unserviceable sub main wiring . Note :- Two runs of main wire (6 sqmm) and one run of earth wire (6 sqmm) & PVC conduit shall be measured and paid as one length (One RM).

Note :- Two runs of main wire (10 sqmm) and one run of earth wire (10 sqmm) & PVC conduit shall be measured and paid as one length (One RM).

Supply & Fixing in repair wall /ceiling mounting LED 9 Watt tube light fitting complete with all acessories 1x9 Watt LED , with CCT of 6000k suitable for domestic application, 240 Volts, 50 Hz, and internally pre-wired with 1.5 sqmm twin twisted flexible cable copper conductor and connection complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Supply & Fixing in repairs fan regulator electronic step type socket size and making all necessary connections complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Material & Labour in repairs earthing complete with galvanised earth plate electrode 600 X 600 X 6 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 m below ground level) with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 m below normal ground level, connected to galvanised earth lead wire 4 mm dia by means of nuts, bolts, check nuts & washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown on electrical plate No. 3 of MES schedule 2009, Part – I (Specifications) and connected to main switch board / main DB’s / earthing test point including all necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil, adequate quantity of charcoal dust & common salt all around the earth plate minimum 150 mm in all directions with & including watering pipe 20 mm dia GI medium grade, GI funnel made out of 0.63 mm thick GI sheet, wire gauge, 50 mm thick RCC cover in PCC 1:2:4, type B-1, duly reinforced with 6 mm dia mild steel round bars @ 150 mm both ways center to center with suitable lifting handle to cover, earth pit of PCC 1:3:6 type C-1, GI protection pipe light grade 15 mm bore up to 7.5 m length from earth electrode & engraving of earth marking on nearby building with CM 1:4 plate size 200 X 150 X 15 mm & painting of earth result etc. including testing on complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge.
