Anchoring of steel reinforcement bars into concrete, including drilling holes to a depth typically 10–15 times the rebar diameter using a rotary hammer drill with carbide-tipped bits; thorough cleaning of the drilled holes using compressed air and brushes to remove all dust and debris; preparation and injection of approved chemical adhesive or grout into the holes; insertion of reinforcement bars with a twisting motion to ensure proper bonding; ensuring correct alignment and specified embedment length; and allowing the anchors to cure undisturbed for the period recommended by the manufacturer, all complete as per specifications
