Preparation and consolidation of sub grade with power road roller of 8 to 12 tonne capacity after excavating earth to an average of 22.5 cm depth, dressing to camber and consolidating with road roller including making good the undulations etc. and re-rolling the sub grade and disposal of surplus earthwith lead upto 50 metres.

Dumping of stone including cost of stones in horizontal on level.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level1:3:6 (1 Cement : 3 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

Random rubble masonry with hard stone in foundation and plinth including levelling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand : 12 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) upto plinth level with : Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand)

Providing and laying damp-proof course 50mm thick with cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand(zone-III) : 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size).

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form forWalls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, butteresses, plinth and string courses etc.

Providing and laying 60mm thick faciory made cement in required colour and pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the concrete interlocking paver block of M -30 grade made by block making machine with strong vibratory compaction, of approved size, design & shape, laid joints with line sand etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.
