SCH 'A' PART-I (B/R WORKS)

Rough excavation n exc 1.50m deep and getting out in hard/dense soil, complete all as specified & directed as dircted by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing excavated material to a distance exc. 1.5 Km but not exceeding 5 Km out side MoD Land and depositing where directed, complete all as specified complete all as specified & directed as dircted by Engineer-in-Charge.

Spreading & levelling in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick & well ramming including watering as required complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Rolling and consolidation formation surfaces in cutting with 8 to 12 tonne power roller complete all as specified and as directed by Engigineer -in-Charge.

M & L Hardcore of broken stone of gauge n exc 63 mm deposited spreaded & levelled in layes n exc 15mm thick including watering and remming to a true surface etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engigineer -in-Charge.

M&L 150 mm thick PCC 1:4:8 Type D-2 (40 MM graded stone aggregate) as in sub base of flooring complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L 150 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 TYPE B-1 (20 MM graded stone aggregate) as in hard standing / flooring over sub base complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- PCC Shall prefebely be completed with plate vibrator to achieve maximum campaction of concrete.

Finishing surfaces of concrete pavements/roads by brooming with broom while concrete is green complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Forming Construction joints 30 mm deep X 10mm wide filled with grade 'B' sealing compound complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Forming Construction (Dummy) Joints 65 mm deep X 10 mm wide filled with grade 'B' sealing compound complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Forming 12mm thick Expansion joints filled with pre-formed bituminous filler and top 30mm primed and sealed with sealing compound Grade 'A' complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Pre -cast cement concrete type B-1 1:2:4 (20mm graded stone aggregate ) block masonery with solid blocks , exc 10 cm in with and setting in cement mortor 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

SCH 'A' PART-II (E/M WORKS)

Supply and installed, testing and commissioning diesel engine driven fire pump horizontal end , centrifugal type CI casing and bronze impeller stainless steel C-45 shaft ,KFP 100/40 MOC, 12 V,diesel engine 112 BHP RAD, radiator cooled with battery 02 Nos ( Exide make dynex), fuel tank 200 ltr cap, battery lead -02 -24v, suitable for delivering 4000-4500 LPM, 70 to 100 meter head, 2300 RPM, HSN-01 PUMP set- 84137010, MS base frame couping & guard with AVM pads, dully coupled with kirloskar koel Make 4R1040TA diesel engine factory fitted, in out valve including all fixing arrangement such as nuts, bolts, washer incl anti vibrateing pad etc complete all as specified in drg, all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Supply and laying of 200 mm nominal dia MS pipe flanged type ERW steel (class -C) as per IS 1239, IS 3589 (I) 2004 including all fittings specials such as Flange, Tee, bends, elbow ,Nipple, nuts, bolts ,washer, reducer of welding work suitable for pump suction head including testing etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and laying of 150 mm nominal dia MS pipe flanged type ERW steel (class -C) as per IS 1239, IS 3589 (I) 2004 including all fittings specials such as Flange, Tee, bends,elbow, Nipple, nuts, bolts ,washer, reducer of welding work suitable for pump delivery head including testing etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and Fixing of 150mm bore Cast iron flanged sluice valve PN 1.6 with stainless steel spindle and CI wheel head with flanged ends, including necessary jointing material such as rubber gasket, bolts, nut & washer of suitable size and welding work including testing etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Excavation in trenches hard soil , not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exc 1.5 m in depth for foundation, laying of pipes etc and not exceeding 10 sqm on plan etc and not exceeding 1.5 meter in depth and getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Returning, filling in excavated soil including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 Cm thick, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing surplus excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point, complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S & F foot valve conforming to IS 4036 200mm including complete set, complete all as specified and as directed byEngineer-in-Charge.

S & F Strainer Y type conforming to IS 200 mm complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for PCC 1:3:6, type C-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) cement concrete in foundation,filling and mass concrete, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for construction of brick works of required size and shape, with sub class ‘B’ bricks, in cement mortar 1:4 for supporting of pipe line, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

M & L for 10 mm thick cement plaster, in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces and finished even and fair, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer -in -charge.

Supply & lay LT UG cable XLPE insulated sheathed and armoured with aluminium stranded conductors LT 1100 Volts grade of following sizes :- 16 sqmm 4 core.

Supply & Fix GI pipe light grade 50 mm dia for cable protection fixed to poles/bldg incl two Nos MS clamps made to shape out of 25 x 3mm MS flat and painting incl bolt, nut, washer etc complete all as specified and directed byEngineer- in- charge.

Supply and fixing Battery charger 24 Volts , with charging lead and all fixing arrangement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in -charge . (Make : Exide / AMCO / Sukam / Amron / Okaya)

Fabricate, Supply, Install, Connect, Testing and Commissioning CPRI approved LT feeder pillar box / panel board / out door type, IP- 54 made out of CRCA sheet 3.15mm thick powder coated and bass angle iron frame of size 40x40x6 mm 3 phase, 4 wire, 440 Volts, AC, 50 HZ with TPN copper bus bar of capacity 400A with PVC insulated heat shrink colour code sleeves, mounted horizontaly on non hygroscopic , non carbonising SMC insulators, sufficient air vent provision for all the three sides, stickers / plastic plates for switch gear details complete with digital voltmeter and Ammeter with CTS - 01 Sets indicating lamps with toggle switches duly wired including, ELR with CBET locking arrngement & suitable foundation / platform for mounting the panel with space for including switch gears. Supply and Fix MS screw bolts 12mm dia of neck ( machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and scewed the other ,each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, exc 10cm and not exc 15cm long complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in- charge.

M & L pre painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering / cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping acrews complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in--Charge.

S & F mild steel work Tie bars as in roof conforming to Fe -290 Gde -E-165 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer -in- charge.

Preparation of new or previously untreated steel surface of any description over 10cm width or girth applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one of red oxide complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in -charge.

M & L for PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate for emedding MS pipes complete all as specified and directed by Engineer -in- charge.
