Supply & fixing of 50 mm thick panels of size 2400/2700/3000 mm length and 600 mm wide having Tongue & Groove joint system for walls, partitions and floor. The panels are made of two fibre reinforced cement sheets enclosing a light weight aerated concrete core composed of cement & binders. The fibre reinforced cement sheets are confirming to IS 13000-1990 or IS-14862-2000 Classification Type A(with upto amendment took place). These panels need to meet transverse load & modulus of rupture requirements as per ASTM-E-72:98 & IS 2380 Part4. The panels are laid on G.I floor channel of 1 mm thick and 14x50/75x25 mm and ceiling channel of size 38x50/75x38 mm. The rate should include hard ware, Labor, transport, lifting charges and wastages etc. as a complete item of work excluding finising, fitting etc and partions laid as per specification, drawing & as directed by engineer incharge.

SH : FINISHING

Applying one coat of cement primer of approved quality on wall surface.

Finishing walls weather shield paint of approved quality on new work ( three or more coats ) to give an even shade.

a. End suction centrifugal pumps, suitable for operation on 415 volts ±6%, 3 phase, 50 hz AC supply. The installation shall be complete with flexible coupling and ccoupling guard as required. Fire pump shall have CI casing, CS diffusers, bronze impeller (hard finised and dynamically balanced) and SS (304) shaft with machanical seal, capable for delivering 2250 LPM at outlet head 70mts to ensure a minimum pressure of 3.5kg/sqcm at the farthest or topmost hydrant/sprinkler. The installtion shall be complete with necessary pressure guage with gun metal shut off cock on delivery side (The pump should be tested and assembled for bench mark at factory).

b. Pump shall be capable of furnishing not less than 150% of rated capacity at a head of not less than 65% of the rated head. The shut off head shall not exceed 120% of rated head.

c. Squirrel cage induction motor, TEFC type suitable for operation on 415volts, 3 phase 50Hz A.C supply for the above pump with synchronous speed of 2900 RPM, conforming to IP 55 protection & class F insulation. The motor shall conform to IS 325-1978 (upto date) with flexible coupling and coupling guard, complete as required.

d. Common base plate for (a) and (b) from M.S. Channel for required size.

e. Suitable cement concrete foundation with cement concrete plaster (design and drawing to be provided by the Contractor which will be duly approved by the consultant before construction) complete with anti-vibration arrangement of cushy foot mountings.

b. Pump shall be capable of furnishing not less than 150% of rated capacity at a head of not less than 65% of the rated head. The shut off head shall not exceed 120% of rated head.

c. Squirrel cage induction motor, TEFC type suitable for operation on 415volts, 3 phase 50Hz A.C supply for the above pump with synchronous speed of 2900 RPM, conforming to IP 55 protection & class F insulation. The motor shall conform to IS 325-1978 (upto date) with flexible coupling and coupling guard, complete as required.

d. Common base plate for (a) and (b) from M.S. Channel for required size.

e. Suitable cement concrete foundation with cement concrete plaster (design and drawing to be provided by the Contractor which will be duly approved by the consultant before construction) complete with anti-vibration arrangement of cushy foot mountings.

FORMWORK

Providing form work i/c centering & shuttering so as to give a rough finish strutting and propping etc. height of propping and centering below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4m and removal of the same for insitu reinforced concrete to and plain concrete work in.(using 12mm shuttering ply)(a) Foundation footings, bases of columns etc. and mass concrete.

2nd class (local first class) brick work in foundation and plinth in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand)

MS & SS STEEL WORK

Steel glazed windows and ventilators of standard rolled steel section joints mitred and welded with 15 x 3 mm lugs 10 cm long with steel plugs embedded in cement concrete block 15 x 10 x 10 cm of 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) or wooden plugs and screws of rawl plugs and screws or with fixing clips with bolts and nuts as required including providing and fixing of 4 mm thick glass panes with glazing clips complete including applying a priming coat of approved steel primer excluding cost of metal beadings and other fittings except necessary hinges or pivots as required.(i) Ready made steel windows (side hung /top hung)

SH : FINISHING

15 mm cement plaster 1:3(1 cement:3 kanhaighat coarse sand)finished with a floating coat of neat cement.

Finishing walls weather shield paint of approved quality on new work (three or more coats) to give even shade

Providing and fixing Chlorinated Polyvinyl Chloride (CPVC) pipes, having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply, including all CPVC plain & brass threaded fittings, including fixing the pipe with clamps at 1.00 m spacing. This includes jointing of pipes & fittings with one step CPVC solvent cement and testing of joints complete as per direction of Engineer in Charge. (i) 25 mm nominal outer dia Pipes

Providing and fixing WATER STORAGE TANKS (Sintex) with 400 mm diameter nominal base G.I. overflow tube 25 mm nominal G.I. inlet and 15 mm nominal G.I. outlet tube i/c hoisting a height of 10 m above ground level. (a) 1000 litres net capacity storage tanks

P/F of self priming water pump 1 HP including necessary fitting of suction and delivery pipe and electrical complete as directed by the Engineer in charge.
