Plastering with cement mortar 1:5 mix to 12mm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc

Supplying and fixing colour polyurethane foam panels roof and steel tubular box section of 100x50x3mm of 1meter interval including priming coat fixing in position with all necessary accessories complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Painting the plastered wall surfaces with two coats oil bound distemper (inside the building) of approved quality and colour over one coat of wall primer including clearing surface in all floors etc complete with standard specification

Painting old Iron Work with one coat of best synthetic enamel paint of approved quality colour including ordinary scrapping and preparation of surface the colour and qunlity should be got approved by the Executive enngineer before use theate including cost of brushes,high scaffolding charges,finishing neatly ect,complete comlying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental.

Painting the newly plastered wall surface with two coats of colour emulsion outside the building over one coat of cement primer including cleaning the surface in all floors, including conveyance of all materials to work site and all labour charges etc., complete

Painting two coats with ready mixed black board paint including all cost and conveyance of all materials and all labour charges etc., complete.

Painting old Wood Work with one coat of best synthetic enamel paint of approved quality colour including ordinary scrapping and preparation of surface the colour and qunlity should be got approved by the Executive enngineer before use theate including cost of brushes,high scaffolding charges,finishing neatly ect,complete comlying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental.

Paving the floor with kotta stone of size 610x610x 20mm cm 1:3 20mm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site and all labour charges etc., complete.
