Cleaning of toilet intensively to remove dirt, hard water stains, yellwo sticky patches in the corners, of daddo tiles tile joints, W/C pan, W/B pan, water taps, exhaust fan, Gyser, flush tank etc. removing hard water stains, dirt deposit from floor tiles, with scrubing maching using soft fibre pads and application of sofetning chemicals, mopping out entire toilet & fittings with fibre cloth and placing in position toileteries removed for cleaning complete as directed.(Note- The work shall be carried out by specialised technicians having experince of intensive cleaning job)

Toilets of tile area of 15sqm to 25sqm

Taking out existing wooden door shutter, repair by cutting, painting etc. and refixing of repaired door shutters to existing door frames, including replacement of hinges with screws, etc. as required, all complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Removing dry or oil bound distemper, water proofing cement paint and the like by scrapping, sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete.

Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper (ready mixed) having VOC content less than 50 gram/litre, of approved manufacturer, of required shade and colour all complete :

New work (two or more coats) over and including water thinnable priming coat with cement primer having VOC content less than 50 gram/litre

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade :

New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/10 sqm)

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade :
