Providing and laying in position ready mixed or site batched design mix cement concrete for reinforced cement concrete work; using coarse aggregate and fine aggregate derived from natural sources, Portland Pozzolana / Ordinary Portland /Portland Slag cement, admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS: 9103 to accelerate / retard settingof concrete, to improve durability and workability without impairing strength; including pumping of concrete to site of laying, curing, carriage for all leads; but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishingand reinforcement as per direction of the engineer-in-charge; for thefollowing grades of concrete for column and beam

Concrete of M25 grade with minimum cementcontent of 330 kg /cum up to plinth level

Random rubble masonry with hard stone in superstructure above plinthlevel and upto floor five level, including leveling up with cement concrete1:6:12 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand : 12 graded stone aggregate 20 mmnominal size) for compound wall. Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand)

Structural steel work in single section, fixed with or without connecting plate, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete

Providing Cement plaster 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand) finished with a floating cement. 12 mm cement plaster

Pointing on stone work with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 finesand) : Flush/ Ruled pointing

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand andmanufacture to give an even shade : Two or more coats on new work

Supplying and fixing standard GI barbed wire to available angles including twisting placing and aligning , straightening and making it look equal as directed at site and as per approved sample of the barbed wire

Providing and fixing concertina coil fencing with punched tape concertina coil 600 mm dia 10 metre openable length ( total length90 m), having 50 nos rounds per 6 metre length, upto 3 m height ofwall with existing angle iron 'Y' shaped placed 1mt apartand with 9 horizontal R.B.T. reinforced barbed wire, stud tied with G.I. staples and G.I. clips to retain horizontal, including necessarybolts or G.I. barbed wire tied to angle iron, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in- charge, with reinforced barbed tape (R.B.T.) / Springcore (2.5mm thick) wire of high tensile strength of 165 kg/ sq.mmwith tape (0.52 mm thick) and weight 43.478 gm/ metre (cost of M.S. angle, C.C. blocks shall be paid separately)

Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of required shade : New work (Two or more coats applied @ 3.84 kg/10 sqm)

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead up to 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m.

Supplying nad laying Stone slabs of 3’’ thick in sizes of 2’ x 4’ for floors along the dam side walls including levelling as directed at site
