1) Firm should ensure to quote as per description, Specification enclosed. 2) Firm is required to clearly mention their quoted make & model & attach their specification/Catalogue, in support of conformity with tender specification, otherwise offer will be treated as incomplete offer & liable to be passed over. 3) The firm will clearly mention deviation, if any in any parameter in technical deviation statement. The deviation mentioned elsewhere in uploaded document, will not be considered, unless it is detailed in Tech. deviation Statement. In Case No deviation is quoted, it is firms responsibility to supply as per tech. specification of tender.

1-The bidder agrees to supply the tendered stores at the rates quoted by him in accordance with the special Conditions and [or] other Conditions specified/attached with the tender.2- All offers shall be evaluated as per tax regime as applicable on the date of tender opening. SVC will be applicable with GST law. 3- Firm should quote GST clearly, failing which it will be presumed that same are included in rates and will be paid by firm.

1- Purchaser shall not be responsible for any misclassification of HSN number or incorrect GST rate if quoted by bidders. 2- Wherever the successful bidder invoices the goods at GST rate or HSN number which is different from that incorporated in the purchase order; payment shall be made as per the GST rate which is lower of the GST rate incorporated in the purchase order or billed. 3-Vendor is informed that she/he would be required to adjust her/his basic price to the extent required by higher tax billed as per the invoice to match the all-inclusive price as mentioned in the purchase order. 4-Any amendment to GST rate or HSN number in the contract shall be as per the contractual conditions and statutory amendments in the quoted GST rate and HSN number, under SVC.
