Material and labour for painting of DG set of upto 160 KVA capacities including alternator radiator, chassis fuel tank muffler exhaust pipe complete with all accessories including panel boards, scrapping thoroughly the existing corroded paint and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint complete and mentioned MES Nos on all DG set all as specified and directed.

M & L for general cleaning, check up & preventive maintenance, general servicing and B Check Services, reprogramming of control command circuit and testing of following capacity DG sets by Authorized OEM complete all as specified and directed. Note :(i) The general checking and preventive maintanance will include diesel filter , oil filter, air filter, checking of oil level, earthing connections, timer, contactor, fan belt, exhaust, silencer, alternator, fuel injector, solenoid valve, water pump, mother board, governor card, electrical wiring, all type of sensors, alternator, battery charger, dynamo etc. (ii) Rate quoted by the tenderer are also deemed to inclusive of replacement of minor parts like nut, bolts washers, lugs etc. oiling & greasing (iii) Major Parts/materials required against this item for repair shall be measured and paid separately under respective supply only items (iv) Labour required for replacement of such items shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted against this item.

Supply and fix in replacement AMF controller circuit board, having part No "EASYGEN -2300-58440-2080 A" installed in 1010KVA DG set AMF panel complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and filling distilled water in battery of different capacity complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for dismantling the self starter 12 Volts DC of DG sets and transporting to work shop for carrying out overhauling by replacing all unserviceable spares including pinion, re-assembling and refixing the same to DG sets including testing complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repairs existing unserviceable PVC flexible diesel pipe (as per sample) suitable for 40 KVA-625 KVA DG Sets complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out unserviceable asbestos rope from exhaust pipe of DG set capacity 40 KVA to 625 KVA cleaning the exhaust pipe supply and wrapping new asbestos rope 12 mm dia including replacement of gasket and tightening of all nuts and bolts complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of dynamo/Alternative 12 V / 24 V as per site for DG set capacity 40 KVA to 160 KVA complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of dynamo/Alternative 12 V / 24 V as per site for DG set capacity 625 KVA to 1010 KVA complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement PVC insulated multistranded copper conductor cable 2 M length each soldered with 02 Nos gun metal battery terminals suitable or 180 AH and 240 Volts DC supply complete all as specified and directed.

M &L for draining existing radiator, cleaning thoroughly the radiator fins by air blower, finding out leakage , repairing by soldring / brazing/ welding including replacement of all water hose pipe suitable for 40 KVA to 160 KVA DG Sets complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out defective fuel injection pump of DG set capacity upto 160 KVA transporting to work shop and cleaning of injectors nozzles and overhauling complete including calibrating and re-fixing the same including testing the DG Set complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out defective fuel injection pump of DG set capacity 625 KVA to 1010 KVA transporting to work shop and cleaning of injectors nozzles and overhauling complete including calibrating and re-fixing the same including testing the DG Set complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out defective oil pressure gauge of DG set including supply and fixing new oil pressure gauge as per existing and testing complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for dismantling the dynamo 12 volt DC of DG sets and transporting to work shop for carrying out overhauling by replacing all unserviceable spares including re-assembling and refixing the same to DG sets including testing complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement Solenoid Switch and relay card for upto 160 KVA and testing complete all as directed.

Supply and fix in replacement Solenoid Switch and relay card for fron 625 KVA upto 1010 KVA and testing complete all as directed.

S &F in replacement off load changeover switch 200 Amps 415 volt AC 4 pole side handle operated in sheet metal enclosure complete, including fixing connection of cables nut bolts and washer of suitable size required for fixing complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for shifting of DG set of capacity 160 KVA along with electric panel complete from substation near formation pump house to main pump house near Map Qtr at 27 FAD (Approx 10 Km Distance), carefully without any damage and installation at new location along with connecting DG with earthing strip , electric connection etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for shifting of DG set of capacity 62.5 KVA along with electric panel complete from Main pump house near Map Qtr at 27 FAD to Sobasar pump house (Approx 8 Km Distance), carefully without any damage and installation at new location along with connecting DG with earthing strip , electric connection etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for shifting of DG set of capacity 40 KVA along with electric panel complete from Sobasar pump house to main pump house near Map Qtr at 27 FAD (Approx 8 Km Distance), carefully without any damage and installation at new location along with connecting DG with earthing strip , electric connection etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L preventive maintenance and testing of traffic barrier including replacing of relay, contactor rewiring, and testing for 0.5 HP capacity moter complete all as specified and directed.

M & L transporting to workshop for repairing and overhouling, balancing and rewinding as per existing copper wire of "10 Km double mounted single phase electric hooter (Emergency Alarm)" including replacing capacitor and refixing to its original position complete all as specified and directed.
