GE(W)HSR-42 of 2019-20 REPAIR / MAINT OF FIRE FIGHTING AND FIRE DETECTION SYSTEM INCLUDING OTHER CONNECTED WORK AT HISAR MIL STN UNDER GE(WEST) HISAR

Comprehensive maintenance including preventive and periodical maintenance of installed fire alarm system in reliable safe efficient operating condition through manufacturer/authorized representive by regularly examining maintanance the equipment and carrying out planned maintenance in a systematic and controlled manner using techniques and expertise and including replacment of following unserviceable components such as complete all as specified and directed. Note :- The cost of replacement of other unserviceable and defective components will be measured and paid separately under relevant item of Sch"A"/ BOQ.

(ii) The rates quoted shall be inclusive of T & P required for carrying repairs & stationery for maintaining or records all as described and specified. (iii) Normally maintenance carried out will be in day time , but in case of emergency /breakdown it should be attended at odd hours/night times within 24 hours without any extra cost and rate as quoted aboe shall be deemed to be includive of the same. (iv) In case of break down, the additional manpower if required will be arranged by the Siemens/authorized agency and the rate shall be deemed to be inclusive of the same. (v) The Siemens /authorized agency shall carry out regular routine check/preventice maintenance as recommended by manufacturer for the complete system but not later than 15 days and rectify the minor /major defect noticed immediately. One separate regisgter to be maint as complaint register received from department/user and taking signature from users after rectifying the defects if any. (vi) PVC insulated single core FRLS copper cable of size 1.5 Sqmm as required are deemed to be included in the above quoted rate.

M & L for Fire hose Reels 20 metre length, 20 mm dia with male female coupling, duly ISI marked or IS specification complete all as specified and directed

M&L for painting of GI Pipe 100 mm dia two coats of deco paint of approved colour after preparation of surface including filling of depressions over existing surface complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge.

Supply, fixing , connecting & testing sluice valve of size 100 mm bore class PN 1.6 cast iron body with forged brass spindle, non rising type & cast iron wheel head, both ends flanged IS-14846 marked, complete including taking down old U/S sluice valve complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for RRL hose 15 metre length 63 mm dia with male female coupling, duly ISI marked or IS specification complete all as specified and directed
