Demolition of cement Concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for PCC padding (1:2:4) type B-1 (20 mm graded aggregate) thickness as specified to bring uniform slope in floors/ roof slab complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for APP polymeric water proofing minimum weighing 3.00 Kg per sqm and minimum 3 mm thick reinforced with polyster non woven fabric laid over roof surface with 100 mm over lap and including vertical surfaces upto required height and tucking into grooves and sealing complete with thermofusion, torch application over a tack coat of hot bitumen 85/25 @1.20 Kg/sqm over compatable primer at 0.40 ltr/Sqm including cleaning surfaces and finally one coat of hot blown bitumen 85/25 @ 1.20 Kg per sqm applied over water proofing membrane all as per instructed manufacturer instructions and applying two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of primer on APP membrane complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for repair of broken / rusted RCC work such as fascia of roof slab, ceiling, chajjas, columns, beams etc upto required thickness with 'Ready-mix reinforced acrylic fibre 'cementious' mortar material (micro concrete) after cleaning & removing loose particles, grease, oil or other materials, applying 'epoxy zinc primer' over cleaned reinforced steel and providing new steel re-inforcement and cage covered with fibre mesh all as per manufacturer's instructions including dismantling of old damaged / cracked RCC portions and finished the surfaces even and smooth including necessary scaffolding up to G+4 bldg all complete as directed. Make : M/s Dr Fixit (Pidilite), Fosroc, Berger Paints or equivalent

Taking down cement plaster of any description, on brick walls or stone walls,etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc upto (G+4) bldg complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaes in CM (1:4) and finised even and smooth (without using extra cement) using WPC @ 2% all as specified and directed. (Note : WPC shall be measured and paid separately)

M&L for rendering 10mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM (1:6) and finised even and smooth (without using extra cement) all as specified and directed.

M&L for 10 mm thick rendering in CM (1:3) on ceiling/soffits etc all as specified and directed.

Supply only Integral water proofing compound.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surface on walls and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of primer all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of cement based paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for complete removal of old treated/treatment removed surfaces of wall and applying two coats of exterior weather proof emulsion (Colour as approved by AGE(I)) over a coat of primer as approved all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation new plastered surfaces plastered and applying three coat of white wash on Ceilings all as specified and as directed.
