Regular maintenance to the existing lawns, flower beds, hedge plants and casuarinas trees, etc. in front of Administrative building, along both sides of 175 S road and between 175 S road and two wheeler shed

Regular maintenance of the existing Korean grass, lawns, elevated lawn pits, flower beds, hedge plants, casuarinas& other trees and flower pots in front of administrative building, along both sides of road in front of Administrative building renovated garden in south east of Administrative building and main entrance for an approximate area of 1255 sqm by daily watering, cleaning and disposing of fallen day leaves from the lawn area, removal of weeds growth and plugging out of extra grass growth at the bottom of hedges, the rate including labour charges, all lead, lift, tools, and tackles, such as water hoses/ pipes, and scissors, sprinklers etc., complete.

Providing periodical maintenance such as cutting and trimming the hedges, casuarinas trees at an internal of once in a month rate including for labour, lead, lift, cutting scissors, etc., complete.

Supplying and providing fungicides and pesticides to the lawn/ hedges/ casuarinas/trees etc. once in 3 months including cost of all materials labour, lead, lift, hand pump, (or) sprayer, etc., complete.

Supplying and providing manure/ urea the specified quantities at the rate of once in 3 months, rate including cost of all materials, labour, lead, lift, etc., complete.
