Carriage of structure/materials from Electricity Fabrication Unit Naini Prayagraj/Unnao to 220 kV substation Sahibabad Ghaziabad.Including shorting/stacking/loading & unloading of structure.
Shifting of the following structure from store to site of the work & complete erection of Main & Auxiliary structure i.e CCM, CGM, EKR, BBR, ALP, ABL etc. The work consists of shifting of all material from store to site of erection as per drawing also & technical specification.
Erection of following equipments as per technical specification including removing of packing and shifting to working site.
33 KV Bus Isolator
33 KV Line Isolator
33 KV CB & its associated structure.
33 KV CT Junction Box and along with necessary fixtures/clamps
33 KV PT Junction box and along with necessary fixtures/clamps
Erection of New 33KV C&R Panel & including earthing of the same & other associated work . New 33 KV C&R Panel Open Store to Control Room First Floor by Helping Hydra/Crain.
Complete interconnection of 33 KV equipment using ACSR Twin Panther conductor and suitable Terminal connector, Spacer from main Bus bar to Bus Isolator, Bus isolator to CB ,CB to CT & CT to Line Isolator & PT with line, including cutting, bending of conductor and jumpering, clamping along with all associated work as per technical specification & site requirement.
Stringing of 33KV Transfer Bus by single Zebra/Panther Conductor approx 30mtrs length in 3-Phase including fitting of tension / gun fitting, hosting of insulators and cutting of conductors and also shifting of all material from store to work place & other associted work required for completion of job satisfactory.
Laying and termination of control cable of following size from control room to 33 KV CB, CT, PT including removing and resetting of trench covers.
PVC control Cable 6x2.5 mm2
PVC control Cable 4x2.5 mm2
PVC control Cable 2x2.5 mm2
Termination of above sizes of control cable as laid above as per cable schedule and all other associated work to complete the job satisfactorily as per technical specification.
Earthing of equipments by cutting straitening, bending, laying of following size M.S. flat for earthing of Main and Auxiliary structure, delta earthing of LA, equipments structure, equipments and excavation & back filling of earth including painting of earthing strip as per technical specification.
