M&L for Overhauling of Pump set complete with motor of any capacity 5 HP to 12.5 HP and any make by after disconnecting of all electrical and water connections and removing/ taking up from the foundation, taking to reputed civil workshop for repairing or repair the same at the site (Pump house) by changing the defective/ unserviceable parts such as bearing, shaft, impeller, bush, gland plate etc. complete. Re-assembling including oiling, greasing replacement of worn out nuts, bolts, gaskets etc. and refixing in its original position at site, making all connections, commissioning and testing etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:- (a) The rates for minor items like nuts, bolts, gaskets etc essential for functioning of pump and transportation charges are deemed to be included in the quoted rates. (b) Ball bearing, impeller, shaft etc are replaced as per requirement shall be measured and paid seperatily.

M&L for Cleaning of balancing tank size 4.0m x 4.0m x 4.0m throughly removing mud by using brush, bleaching powder etc. from the tank by following method:- (a) Drain out the water by using exist valve/ high capacity dewatering system. (b) Cleaning inside of the tank by using chemical and scrubbing the wall of the tanks. (c) Painting of entire inner surface of the tank with two coat of syntheric enamel paint. (d) Painting of outer surface to be painting by black bitumenuous paint after scraping, clean of old surface.

Opening complete pressure filter of capacity 20,000 Ltr and taking out existing filter media (sand, gravels any size) and pipe, removing filter media to a distance not exceeding 50 metre for reuse at site, including necessary repair/ welding to make the pressure filter vessels completely leak proof for improving the strength. Cleaning of pressure filters by scraping with the help of hard steel wire brusshes and physical cleaning of surfaces by descarding/ brooming slit and sludges and other deposites from inner side. Collecting and taking them out with the help of mannual labour and deposite outside the installation and finally re-assembling the pressure filter including re-fixing of pip in existing position duly cleaned complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for painting to internal surface of the Pressure filter chamber of capacity 20000Ltr with one coat of red oxide zinc crome and two coats of synthetic enamel ordinary after necessary surface preperation by means of scraping, brushing etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for painting to external surface of the Pressure filter chamber of capacity 20000 Ltr including connected pipe line inside the filter room with with one coat of red oxide zinc crome and two coats of synthetic enamel ordinary approved colour after necessary surface preperation by means of scraping, brushing etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and filling in replacement of filter media (gravels) in filter bed, filter media size varying from 02mm to 10mm shall be confirming to IS-8419 part-I 1997, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and filling in replacement of filter media (small sugar size white crystal Sand) in filter bed, filter media shall be confirming to IS-8419 part-I 1997, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for overhauling and repair to suction sweeper by dismantling/ opening of suction sweeper, overhauling and replacement of unserviceable parts, PVC fiber wheel - 04 Nos, MS wheel pin-08 nos, brush of suitable size (as per sample)-01 Nos, Nuts/ Bolts/ Washers/ as per sample), including painting of complete suction sweeper and assessories by applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint, re-assembling the sweeper and testing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in repair PVC suction pipe (reinforced as per sample) in repair 40mm dia suitable for suction sweeper complete all as specified and directed at site.

Supply and fixing in repair high density ball high pressure of PTMT without accessories complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fixing in repair one number brush with handle and one number jali with handle for cleaning of wall of plunge bath complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Handle length not less than 16 feet

Disconnection of electric connection from 30 KVA Servo Voltage Stabilizer and servicing, taking out & removing unserviceable/ defective parts/ spares parts, refixing the serviceable parts in position after servicing, installation, testing and commissioning of 50 & 30 KVA Servo voltage stabilizer at existing place all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:- (i) The quoted rates of the contractor includes for fixing the serviceable parts in position and replacement of unserviceable parts with new parts. The new replaced parts shall be measured and paid for separately under relevent items of Sch `A’ as 'Supply only' to the extent covered under the relevent supply only items here-in- after but quoted rates are inclusive of replacement of small/ minor parts such as nuts, bolts, washers, locking nuts, small springs, screws/ gaskets/ packing/ studs/ cable connection insulated board/ lugs etc. (ii) Shifting and loading/ unloading of Stabilizer and transportation for repair in workshop etc shall deemed to be included in the quoted rates.

M&L for rewinding of motors of any capacity 5 HP to 12.5 HP and any make by removing of burnt copper winding and rewinding with supper enameld copper insulated winding wire of required size and number of turns, varnishing and baking, testing for operation and painting with one coat of synthetic enamel paint for. Note:- (a) The rates for transportation charges are deemed to be included in the quoted rates.

S&F in repair of Ball bearing of electric driven centrifugal pump set as per existing smaple pump set compete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair of Bronze impeller of centrifugal pump set as per existing sample pump set compete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair of shaft for 12.5 HP pump as per exising make compete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair of sleeves for 12.5 HP pump as per exising make compete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair DOL starter suitable for 5 to 12.5 HP, 3 phase electric motor, workable at 415 volts, 50 Hz, AC supply with suitable over load relay, power contactor, protection relay for earth fault, over voltage, under voltage in existing enclosure box complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing Butterfly valve with a single piece CI body, PN1.6, 150mm dia including taking down old one complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing 150mm dia non return valve with necessary nuts, bolts etc. Including packing/ fittings in suction line at pump house including dismantling of unserviceable NRV from existing position and taking down old one complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair of Non return butterfly valve of size 80mm bore dia complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing 150mm dia foot valve with necessary nuts, bolts, flange, nipple with leather inside the valve etc. Including packing/ fittings in suction line all as directed and Dismantling/ taking down unserviceable foot valve 150mm dia from existing position complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair Pressure gauge suitable for bearing pressure upto 20 Kg/ Sq cm. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for worn out/ damage gasket of suitable size including necessary bolts, nuts and washers of manhole cover complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair of 3 phase voltage monitoring Relay as existing 50 & 30 KVA Servo voltage Stabilizer complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair MCCB, 415V, 3 phase 50 HZ 4 pole 125 Amps breaking capacity 16 KA including taking down old one complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair MCB TPN 40 to 100 Amp, 415V 10KA 'C' curve miniature circuit breaker (MCB) of current carrying capacity complete with connection testing and commissioning complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for supply of Calcium Hypo Chlorite (65%-70%) for swimming pool complete all as specified and directed.

Comprehencive maintenance and Overhauling/ Servicing of Pump set complete with motor of any capacity 0.5 HP to 12.5 HP of Fire Fighting Equipment and Fire alarm System including testing functionality of all components cleaning, greasing the pumps, (5 HP to 12.5 HP) hose reel, hydrant valve etc. Replacement of defective spares/ components, compirising of following installed at various location under MCTE (Ground + Six Floor + Terrace), and Demonstration with users, complete all as specified and directed. (Spares required for replacement, shall be messured seperately as supply only under respective items).

The fire fighting system consists the following :- (a) Terrace fire pump (b) Hydrant Valve (c) Branch Pipe (d) Hose Box Double Door (e) Hose Reel (f) Fire Brigade inlet &valve (g) Non Return Valve (h) Butterfly Valve (j) Air release valve

Repair and maintenance of fire control panel including testing functioning, reponse indicator & hooters and cleaning, replacement of defective spares parts/ components and other connected items of fire control panel etc. complete all as specified and directed. (Note:- Replacement of spare parts shall be messured seperately).

M & L for fixing in repair of Hose box made of 18 gauge MS Sheet 800mm x 600mm x 250mm with double door with 4mm thick glasses and door frame made of 16 gauge MS sheet painted fire red out side and brilliant white inside yard complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in repair of fire fighting hose reel drum (swinging type) with 30 meter long, 32mm dia hand lever operated Ball valve, connecting directly from the riser through 32mm dia. GI pipe with sockets, 5mm dia shut off nozzle of sufficient length at one end of this hose and leaded tin, bronze rings and adopter to get in to the instantaneous female coupling complete with suitable drawn brackets, hub etc. as required specified and directed. The hose reel shall conform to IS:884-1969 by Engr-in- Charge.

S&F in repair single headed hydrant valve 63mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

Hacking out old broken glass (any thickness, size, quality or description) from from metal frame including punching or drilling out old glazing pins/ spring clips/ removing beads etc, including making good breakages in taking out and providing for fixing of new one complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Sheet glass of size 5.5mm thick, ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty in square complete including cutting of glass in oval shape of size not exceeding 0.5 Sqm Each pane complete all as specified and directed.
