M&L for cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base concrete incl of concrete and paving n.exc 15cm thick (below or above GL) complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Concrete in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 25mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm gradded stone aggregate as in levelling course complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for multicolour outdoor heavy duty parking tiles 9 -10 mm thick size 400x400 mm matt for outdoor area, jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of mortar in CM 1:6 for laying floor tiles complete all as specified and directed incl dismantling of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc laid bedded and pointed in any mortar complete all as specified and directed. complete all as specified and directed and as approved by GE.

M&L for glazed tiles , coloured 300x450 x 6 to 7 mm thick as in skirting/dado over & including 10mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 set & jointed in neat cement slurry & pointed in white or coloured cement incl Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding(but not backing), removing serviceable tiles and rubbish off the permises compelte all as specified & directed all as specifeid & directed .

M&L for hard core of broken stone of gauge not exceeding 63 mm, deposited, spread & levelled in layers not exceeding 15 cm thick watered and rammed to a true surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for laying 60mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footparth, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand

M&L for laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete.

M&L for cement concrete Type B-1, 1:2:4 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in bed blocks, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, lintels and the like etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm stone aggregate as in Plinth protection/hardstanding and finishing the surface even and smooth with out using extra cement incl demolition of cement concrete and removal of debrises from the premises.complete all as specified and directed.
