Mechanical Cleaning / sweeping of roads and berms by truck-mounted Mechanical Road Sweeping Machine (MRSM) having dry and wet sweeping modes, equipped with following specifications (i) Suction head of minimum 2030 mm width (ii) Main broom ranging from 360-400 mm dia and 1200-1900 mm length (iii) Side brooms 600-1000 mm dia, (iv) Minimum effective sweeping width 2850-3300 mm (v) Dust/debris collection hopper capacity 6-7 cubic metre (vi) Water tank capacity 500-1000 litres with pressurized water spraying arrangement at front spray bar, side brushes, suction head, hopper and handheld suction wand (minimum discharge 5 LPM) (vii) GPS-enabled electrical system and automatic videography provision linked with working lights/system The Hire Charges of MRSM includes the deployment of machine with operator, helper, fuel, lubricants, DEF, consumables, maintenance, T&P such as safety gear for staff, sweeping, collection, loading, transportation and disposal of swept dust/debris to nearest MCD dustbin or approved dumping site as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. The item rate includes the submission of GPS-based geo-tagged photographs/video evidence before and after cleaning on daily basis and compliance with all directions of Engineer-in-Charge and applicable guidelines of NGT and CPCB. NOTE: Nothing extra shall be paid on account of dumping charges, Challan & penalities impoosed by CAQM,DPCC, MCD, NGT etc, idle time, or deployment timing by the department and these charges shall be borne by the agency itself. The work shall be executed complete in all respects to the entire satisfaction of the Enginer-in-charge.

Cleaning, Sweeping and removing vegetation, opening & cleaning of bell mouth, cleaning/sweeping of footpath, services lane i/c collection and carriage of malba, rubbish, vegetation, dead animal etc by rehri ricksaw from the scheme area upto colletion point within the area as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge at site from where it will be disposed off by mechanical transport (payment for disposal will be paid extra).

Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved.

Applying Gst correction factor @ 0.973 Conditions:- 1. The agency must deploy one MRSM alongwith operating staff ( which includes- Driver, Machine Operator & Helper ) and 10 nos of Environment Assistant on daily basis in proper uniform at the work site. The deployed staff should mark their attendance through biometric attendance system only. In case of absence of any EA's from duty, an amount of Rs. 1500/- per EA per day will be recovered from the contractor's bill. 2. All T&P shall be arragened by the contractor and shall have to bring in advance for at least on month's requirement as per approved brand/instructions by the Engineer-in-charge. 3. Cleaning and Sweeping shall be done on daily basis i/c Sunday and holidays and GPS-based geo-tagged photographs/video evidence shall be submitted by the agency within a month. 4. I n case the specified areas are not swept and cleaned to the satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge, a token penalty of Rs. 15000/- (Rupees Fifteen Thousand only) per day shall be imposed and deducted from contractor's bill. 5. In case any, Challan from MCD/NGT/Court or any other department is issued related to the subject work, the same will be solely borne by the agency. 6. Agency must submit a copy of Photo ID proof of the Environment Assistant deployed at site. 7. The agency must quote the rates of item as per minimum wages act G.O.I./GNCTD which ever is more including applicable GST in case labour/manpower, Failing to meet this requirement, the bid would not be considered and will be rejected out. 8. The agency will have to submit the proof of deposting Environmental Assistant's contribution towards PF/ESI etc. of each EA's in every two months. 9. The agency will deploy sufficient no. of wheel barrows, ricksaws or mechanical carrier for disposal of garbage/refuse, malba,rubbish etc collected after sweeping upto the designated site of disposal failing which a token penalty of Rs. 2000/- per day shall be imposed. 10. Wages/dues to every EA shall be paid on compliance of minimum wages for each category . The same will be paid directly by the contractors to every Environmental Assistant through Net banking/NEFT/Online mode of payment.
