Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description specifically provided for gates, staircase railings, framed truss etc complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S & F Roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc in Fe-410-W(Gde-E-250) of quality B complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F for mild steel work post and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc. flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S & F for mild steel round bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips quality conforming to round bars Fe-410-W (Gde.E-250) quality A- or Fe 290 (Gde-E-165) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply only chain link MS galvanised fencing, any size or type complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note :-Fixing only chain link fencing, steel round bars for protection will measured and paid separately.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails straining bolts, etc including provision of binding wire complete as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note :-Supply only chain link fencing will measured and paid separately.

S&F mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut exc 15cm but not.exc 22.5 cm long,diameter of neck 11 to 15mm complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F galvanised. 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (each line wire to be measured) including taking down existing unserviceable barbed wire of any description complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for preparation of new or previously untreated steel surface of any description, over 10 cm width or girth, not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint (ordinary tint) over a coat of red- oxide, zinc chrome primer complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zine coating GI based corrugated steel sheeting 0.50mm thick any colour having tensile strenght 550Mpa in roof coverings fixed with self tapping screws including dismantling of Plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern roof coverings, complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note :- (i) The fixing of Galvalume roof sheet as in sun-shades & in walls at certain places to be fixed by making of grooves cutting 75mm minimum with making good surface are inlcuded in the cost of item itself. No extra cost shall be paid for the same. (ii) The pattern and design of sunshades to be fixed as per directions of Engr-in-charge.

Demolition of cement concrete unreinforced in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-35 Grade with grey cement and pigment laid over and including 25mm thick sand cushioning and including taking out/ dismantling the existing paver blocks and removing of debries out side MD land complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note :- (i) Pattern of interlocking tile to be rubber moulded or equivalent as approved by GE. (ii) Rate quoted by the contractor shall deemed inclusive of PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) packing and finished even and fair to the sides of pavement.

M&L for 75 mm thick cement concrete (1:4:8) type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base of flooring/ hard standing path & finishing the surface even & fair without using extra cement complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L 50 mm thick plain cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) in hard standing complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L 75 mm thick plain cement concrete (1:3:6) type B-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) in hard standing complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Demolition of stone slab & tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc laid bedded and pointed in any mortar all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L 25 mm thick plain cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in flooring complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for 20mm thick Granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window-cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite laid over and including 20mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for sand stone, (polished of any type) 18-20 mm thick machine cut, beded and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of stone, exc 0.18 Sqm but not exc 0.36 Sqm including cutting and polishing in floors laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for sand stone, (polished of any type) 18-20 mm thick machine cut, beded and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of stone, exc 0.18 Sqm but not exc 0.36 Sqm including cutting and polishing in vertical surface laid over and including 10mm thick backing coat in CM (1:3) complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer in charge.

M&L for 35mm thick precast cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-0 (using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate) as in louvers or jallies (measured solid), including all mouldings but excluding frame, set in cement mortar (1:4) including dismantling existing trellis work (Jafri) one way complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note :- Post and rails shall be measured separately.)

M&L for PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping incuding necessary form work, weathering slightly rounded or chamfered angle treating complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Demolition of brickwork or stone/ block/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for precast cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in block masonry with solid blocks exceeding 10cm width and setting in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for squared rubble walling, Jodhpur type, brought upto courses, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Extra over stone walling for hammer dressing to face stones with maximum depression on face from a straight edge not exceeding 20mm & dressing face beds and joints as specified to squared rubble walling Jodhpur type brought up to courses complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for flush pointing to squared rubble mansonry, uncoursed or brought upto courses in CM (1:3) complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Taking down cement plaster of any description on stone or brick walls etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick plaster in cement mortar (1:6) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces of walls and finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick plaster in cement mortar (1:4) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces of walls and finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of distempering oil emulsion over a coat of primer complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for preparation of new plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for 100 mm thick plain cement concrete (1:4:8) type D-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base of flooring/ hard standing & finished the surface even & fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for stone sett flooring with stone setts of size 200 to 250mm long, 150 to 200mm wide and 150mm deep and sides dressed, bedded in cement mortar 1:3, joints 20mm thick, grouted in cement mortar 1:2 with an admixture of metallic floor hardner 5% by weight of cement and struck flush including demolition of existing stone set flooring of any description complete as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- Stone for the setts shall be of the best quality, granite, trap, basalt or quartzite. Use of sedimentary stone shall not be permitted. Stone setts shall be approximately rectangular in shape, with a tolerance of plus or minus.
