CA NO. GE AF NO.1/GUR-34/2026-27 REPAIR/ REPLACEMENT OF FLOORING, SANITARY FITTING, JOINERY, ROOF, WATER PROOFING TREATMENT, CHAJJA, GRIT WASH AND OTHER CONNECTED WORKS AT MES INSTALLATIONS AT AF STN PALAM UNDER GE (AF) GURGAON NO 1.

Dismantling of existing roof Treatment from roof and parapet of any description all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note:- A rate of this item is inclusive of diconnect fitment at water tank or solar heater etc and refixing in the same position after compeleting of roof treatment.

Demolition of existing mud in roofs of any thickness including plastering and leeping (whether full thickness removed or only a part thereof) and removing of mud out side of MoD land all as specified and directed by Engineer - in- Charge.

M& L for Cutting out cracks 'V' section on existing roofs or terrace cleaning out and filling solidly with a hot mixure bitumen and clean dry sand 1:1 by weight complete all as specified and directed by Engr -in-Charge.

M&L for providing cement concrete in roof or mud stops using type B-1, 1:2:4 (20mm graded aggregate) rounded or chamfered on edges or making slope on roof complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for providing PCC 1:2:4 type B0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregates avg Th 40mm as in levelling/ padding course on roof slab, projections on similar surfaces existing with slope, making the surface even and smooth without using extra cement.

M&L for 10mm thick cement plastering in CM 1:4 on brick/concrete surfaces of roof and parapet, mixed with water proofing compound, as per manufacturer instructions finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete (upto 4th storey) all as specified and as directed by Engineer -in-Charge. Note:- Water Proofing compound shall be measured & paid separately.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound

M&L water proofing treatment on roof/ Parapet/ Chajjas on horizontal or vertical surfaces consisting as under:- (a) Cutting grooves in vertical surfaces, 75mm wide and 65mm deep and shaping horizontal face of groove with cement mortar 1:3(upto 4th storeyBldg) complete. (b) Applying evenly a coat of bituminous primer conforming to IS- 3384:1986@ 0.40 Kg/Sqm including preparation of roof surfaces. (c) Applying evenly a tack coat of industrial bitumen 85/25 @ 1.2 Kg/Sqm on plaster surface all as specified. (d) A layer of 3mm thick APP polymeric membrane of weight not less than 3.60 Kg/Sqm, reinforced with polyester non - woven fabric (weight not less than 160gm/ Sqm) , duly sealed at over laps & joints with end laps of the 10cm and side laps of 7.5cm by flame (by torch application) all as per manufacuture's instructions, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying one coat Bitumen water proofing aluminium heat resistance paint on the roof as per manufacturer instructions complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in- Charge.
