PERIODICAL SERVICES ALONGWITH CONNECTED B/R ITEMS IN OTM ACCN IN H WING, G WING, T WING, MH AREA AND CSQ AREA UNDER AGE B/R-II GE BABINA

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, etc., including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc. all as directed by Engineer in Charge.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering in CM (1:6) on brick/ solid block masonry wall/ concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement all as directed by Engineer in Charge.

M & L for 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) mixed with water proofing compound, on brick work / RCC/ roof/ chajja or concrete /brick surfaces, surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.(Note:- WPC will measured sepretlly)

Supply only water proofing compound complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L 5 mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:3) on concrete surfaces of ceiling complete all as specified and a directed.

M&L preparing old decorated plastered or unplastered surfaces of wall, pilasters, cornices etc by brooming down or steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spot and applying one coat of white wash complete all as specified and as directed. Note: All grass, trees should be removed from the chajjas, and wall during the time of white wash, No extra payment shall be paid to the contracotrs

All as per item No.6 above but on ceiling in lieu of walls complete all as spedified and as directed.

M & L for preparing old deorated plastered or un-plaster surfaces of wall, pilaster, cornices etc by brooming down or steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke root moulds, moss and efforehance salt and trading oil and greasy spot and applying one coat oil bound emulsion distemper on wall complete all as specifed and as directed.

M & L for preparation of old decorated surfacees of wall by washing, rubbing down and stoping of painted surfaces and applying one coat of cement base paint complete all as directed

Preparation of old painted wood and wood based surfaces of any description, not otherwise described, over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of Synthetic enamel paint (Ordinary tint).
