Raising of Plantation at Sattegala Village Sy. No. 01 of Shivanasamudra Kadu Block-1 of Kollegal Buffer Range during 2025-26 under DDF

He/she should have Satisfactorily completed Raising of Plantation, Raising of Seedlings and maintenance of plantation of value not less than Rupees (usually 50% of the amount of contract/estimate cost) as a prime contractor. The work should be executed through Tender called by Karnataka eprocurement/Karnataka Public Procurement portal. (Past Experience certificate as Prime Contractor should be obtained from forest divisions duly signed by an officer not below the rank of DCF/equivalent officer)

Liquid assets and / or availability of credit facilities of not less than Rupees (usually 30% of the amount of contract/estimate cost) for work costing. (Credit lines/letter of credit certificate from banks for meeting the fund requirement etc

Audited balance sheet for last three financial years (i.e. 2021-22, 2022-23 & 2023-24) with copies of Income Tax returns & balance sheet statement filed.

Achieved at least in two financial years a minimum financial turnover of Rs (usually double the work estimate cost)

Forest Contractor Registration Certificate in O/o Deputy Conservator of Forests Malai Mahadeshwara Wildlife Division, Kollegal/any other division for the year 2025-26
