Earth work excavation for foundation in all classes of soils and sub soil to full depth except in hard rock requiring blasting but inclusive of shoring strutting if required for the sides of foundation.

Cement Concrete 1:4:8 mix using 40mm metal including cost and conveyanceof all materials to work site and all labour charges etc.

Brick work in C.M 1:5 mix using country bricks incuding cost and conveyance and all labour charges etc.

Supply and fabrication of steel including cost and conveyance and all labour charges etc. complete.

Supplying and errecting for sides & soffits including supports and strutting upto 3.29m height for plane surface in all floors including cost and conveyance and all labour charges etc.

Reinforced cement concrete 1:1.5:3 mix using 20mm ISS metal including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges for mixing, laying, and curing etc complete

Weathering coarse concrete using 20mm size broken brick jelly with in pure slaked lime over the RCC Roof in the proportion of 32 : 12 1/2 by volume laid in layer beating the concrete with the wooden batters etc as per standard specifications .

Finishing Top of Roof with one Couse of pressed Tiles set in cm:1:3 Mix using tiles of size 20x20x2 cm etc

Plastering with cement mortar 1:3, 10mm thick including cost and conveyance and all labour charges etc.

Plastering with cement mortar 1:5, 12mm thick including cost and conveyance and all labour charges etc.

Paving the floor with soecial type of flooring tiles

Paving the Floor with Vertified tiles of size 600x600x8mm laid in CM 1;2,20mm thick and pointing with white cement 0.40kg per sqm mixed with colouring pigment to siut the colour of the tiles including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc complete

Dadooing the sides of the wall up to the required height and approved quality colour printed Glazed tiles of size 305 x 200 x 3 mmand set in CM 1 : 2,10mm thick and pointing with same colour cement of 4kg including cost and conveyance of all materials and

Distempering two coat using oil bound Distemper including cost of distemper and labour charges, etc, complete.

Painting Two coat approved Emulsion paint over the plastered surface including cost and all other charges etc.,

Painting Two coat of new iron works such as steel doors, windows, ventilators, window bars, balustrades etc., with best approved first quality of synthetic enamel paint of approved colour over the existing priming coats, etc., complete complying

Towards the cost of steel door including all charges etc.

Wiring with 2x1.5 sqmm (22/0.3) PVC insulated SC unsheathed copper conductor cable of 1100V grade in suitable heavy gauge MS conduit pipe on wall and ceiling with MS accessories with switch box with 5A F.T. switch inflush with wall and covered with hylum sheet of 3mm thick with painting of suitable colour with continuous earth wire connection of 14 SWG TC wire for light point.

Wiring with 2x1.5sqmm (22/0.3) PVC insulated SC unsheathed Cu.Conductor of 1100 V grade in suitable PVC rigid pipe concealed in wall and ceiling with PVC accessories, in flush with wall, with 150mm x 100mm x 113mm TW switch box with 3 mm thick Hylem sheet cover for 5 A 3 pin non inter lockingWall socket with 5A Flush type switch with continuous earth wire connection of 14 SWG TC wire and making good of the concealed portion with suitable colour for concealed PVC plug point.

Supply and fixing of TNEB meter Board suitable for 32A Three Phase service connection with 3 Nos. 32A Fuse unit (500V) 32A neutral link and earth link (1" x 1/8" Copper flat) on TW plank of size 600mm x 450mm x 19mm with supporting TW reepers of 1" thick an either side with painting with suitable bolt and nuts for fixing the TW plank on wall with earth connection and inter connection with 7/20 PVC insulated copper wire from EB meter to fuse unit.

Supply and fixing of 1200mm sweep AC Ceiling fan complete with stepped electronic 300w regulator with 300mm down rod on the existing clamps (crompton make).

Supply and run of 4 x 6 sq.mm (84/0.3) PVC insulated SC unsheathed Cu.Conductor of 1100V on 7/20 GI bearer wire for service connection mains

Supply and run of 2 of 1.5 sqmm (22/0.3) PVC insulated SC unsheathed Cu. Conductor of 1100V grade in suitable gauge M.S. conduit pipe on wall and ceiling with continuous earth wire connection of 14 SWG TC wire with painting of suitable colour.

Supply and fixing of WT bulk head fitting with guard (Philips / Bajaj / Crompton / K. Lite) suitable for11W Tube light

Supply and fixing of 32 Amps DP Switch of 500 V with metal clad with fuse and neutral (Side Handle) on suitable TW Board , with earth connection only

Supply and run of 4 x 6 sq.mm (84/0.3) PVC insulated SC unsheathed Cu.Conductor of 1100V grade in 20mm dia GI pipe (Class 'B') suitably bent at both ends with necessary angle iron up right and end supports for mains
