Supply, Erection and commissioning of induction motors of 350 HP suitable for 60 Cs VT axial flow pumps, 262 KW, 730 RPM, 3.3 KV voltage, 3 phase, 50 Hz bearing SKF / FAG as per specifications (Annexure-B) and site requirements. (04 No. at each Pump house NB-4, NB-5)

Supply, Erection and commissioning of induction motors of 350 HP suitable for 60 Cs VT axial flow pumps, 262 KW, 730 RPM, 440/415 voltage, 3 phase, 50 Hz bearing SKF / FAG as per specifications (Annexure-B) and site requirements. (03 No. at Pump house NB-6)

Supply Installation & commissioning of M.V feeder pillar VCB for 3.3 KV. ‘Supply with 1 No. incoming, 1600 Amp & 5 No. outgoing of 400 Amp. each motor panel (4 No. for Operation of 350 HP Motors and 1 No. in spare use). The VCB's shall be of Horizontal draw out type, Horizontal isolation with 26.2 KA fault level PT ratio 3300/110V, CT ratio 1600/5 for incoming 320/5 for outgoing with IDMT relay for over loaded fault/ earth fault. The auxiliary relay shall Pc No plus MC along with Amp meter having CT ratio as above. volt meter 1 No. for incoming along with minimum copper bus bars. the outgoing feeder shall also have Micro processor based motor protection relay with advance features of over loading, under loading dry, run, phase loss, phase revision, locked rotor, stalling etc and completed in all respect including all left over mist . Item that is power pack/ UPS & separate chemical earthing with suitable size capicator bank set for each motor & specification approved by technical committee. With 18 No. Bimetallic clamp 630 mm square as per specification approved by technical committee (Annexure-C). (04 No. at each Pump house NB-4, NB-5)

Providing & fixing by making required size /length at site in pair of MS cross Girder (ISMB) of size 500mmx180mm for foundation of 60 CS VT Axial Flow pump including supply,fixing & welding on bottom side of ISMB through out length with MS flat of 180mmx20 mm thick. One end of ISMB shall be grouted into wall by making arrangement Of PCC block of suitable size as per weight of pump set of 60 Cs capacity and other end shall be welded with fixing of A.I. L- bracket and nut/bolts/washers etc fitting with ISMB member. Including Material & Labour for applying primer coat with metal primer on new steel or iron work including preparation of surface and Material & labour for painting two coats excluding primer coat with ready mixed paint (Epoxy paint) for metallic surface in all shades on new steel or iron work..MAKE: TATA/JINDAL/SAIL/VAIZAG (11 Pair., 4 Pair at each PH NB-4 to PH NB-5 & 3 Pair at PH NB-6)

Providing & fixing by making required size /length at site ISMB of size 600mmx210mm for support of foundation girder for 4 Nos 60 Cs VT Axial Flow pump including supply,fixing both end of ISMB shall be grouted into wall by making arrangement Of PCC block of suitable size as per weight of pump set of 4 Nos 60 Cs. Including Material & Labour for applying primer coat with metal primer on new steel or iron work including preparation of surface and Material & labour for painting two coats excluding primer coat with ready mixed paint (Epoxy paint) for metallic surface in all shades on new steel or iron work. Taking down by cutting / welding the existing rusted/ old foundation girder for fixing new girder at site.MAKE: TATA/JINDAL/SAIL/VAIZAG (One No. at each Pump house NB-4, NB-5 & NB-6).

Supply, erection and commissioning of LTDB panel of 1600 Amp. Capacity with all accessories as one Incomer ACB 4 pole 1600 Amp. with 2 No. outgoing each of having ACB of 800 Amp, alongwith an- addl. MCCB of 100 Amp. for lighting loads, Indicators, Relay, Meters, Push buttons, bus bars and with 2 No. Fully Automatic ATS Starters (Completed in all respect like relays, indicators timer etc.). of 350 HP Motors each with ACB of 800 Amp. with suitable size of contactor rating with designed capacitor bank of suitable capacity capacity with 8 step APFCR, digital display instruments & other allied accessories for automatic as well as manual operation of capacitor bank suitable for 2 Nos. 350 HP motors. Each Stage should have protection through separate ACB. One No. Incomer ACB of 630 Amps to be provided for Capacitor Bank. as per approved design of LTDB with a stand of MS Channel (1 ft. Up from floor) & as per approved technical specification with earthing. (for PH NB-6)

Providing and fixing of chemical Earthing by digging diameter 200 mm, complete with G.I. electrode with GI strip of suitable length of 500ft. (01 No. for panel and 04 No. for motors in the new pumphouse) with proper specification and proper wiring with all allied accessories and Coke & salt etc along with name plate complete as per requirement. (1 No. at each Pump house NB-4, NB-5 & NB-6)
