CHAPTER - III : ANTITERMITE TREATMENT

Supplying chemical emulsion in sealed containers including delivery as specified.

a) Chlorpyriphos/ Lindane emulsifiable concentrate of 20%

Diluting and injecting chemical emulsion for POST - CONSTRUCTIONAL antitermite treatment (excluding the cost of chemical emulsion) :

b) Along the external wall below concrete or masonry apron using chemical emulsion @ 2.25 litres per linear metre including drilling and plugging holes etc.:

CHAPTER IV: PLAIN, REINFORCED CEMENT CONCRETE

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

Providing and laying cement concrete in retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, columns, piers, abutments, pillars, posts, struts, buttresses, string or lacing courses, parapets, coping, bed blocks, anchor blocks, plain window sills, fillets, sunken floor etc upto floor six level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and finishing: 1:2:4 (1 Cement : 2 Coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 Coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

Providing and laying in position ready mixed or site batched design mix cement concrete for reinforced cement concrete work; using coarse aggregate and fine aggregate derived from natural sources, Portland Pozzolana / Ordinary Portland /Portland Slag cement, admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS: 9103 to accelerate / retard setting of concrete, to improve durability and workability without impairing strength; including pumping of concrete to site of laying, curing, carriage for all leads; but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement as per direction of the engineer-in-charge; for the following grades of concrete.

Note: Extra cement up to 10% of the minimum specified cement content in design mix shall be payable separately. In case the cement content in design mix is more than 110% of the specified minimum cement content, the contractor shall have discretion to either re-design the mix or bear the cost of extra cement.

a) All works upto plinth level Concrete of M25 grade with minimum cement content of 330 kg/cum

b) All works above plinth level upto floor V level Concrete of M25 grade with minimum cement content of 330 kg/cum

Making plinth protection 50mm thick of cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 Coarse sand (zone - III) derived from natural sources : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources) over 75mm thick bed of dry brick ballast 40 mm nominal size, well rammed and consolidated and grouted with fine sand, including necessary excavation, levelling & dressing & finishing the top smooth.

CHAPTER V: BRICK & STONE MASONARY

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth in: Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand)

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in superstructure above plinth level up to floor V level in all shapes and sizes in : Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand)

Half brick masonry with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in superstructure above plinth level up to floor V level. Extra for providing and placing in position 2 Nos 6mm dia. M.S. bars at every third course of half brick masonry. Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement :4 coarse sand)

Brick edging 7cm wide 11.4 cm deep to plinth protection with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 including grouting with cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 Fine sand).

CHAPTER VI: PLASTERING & SURFACE TREATMENT

6 mm thick cement plaster in CM 1:3 (1 cement : 3 Fine sand) including necessary scaffolding and curing etc., complete for concrete surfaces of beams and slabs finished smooth at all levels in ceilings, walls, etc. as directed by Engineer-in-charge

a) Providing internal cement plaster 15 mm thick in single coat in cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement: 6 Fine sand) to concrete or brick surfaces in all positions including scaffolding and curing complete.

b) Providing internal cement plaster 12 mm thick in single coat in cement mortar 1:6(1 cement: 6 fine sand) to concrete or brick surfaces in all positions including scaffolding and curing complete.

a) 18 mm cement plaster in two coats under layer 12 mm thick cement plaster 1:5 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand) and a top layer 6 mm thick cement plaster 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) mixed with integral water proofing compound (measured and paid separately) and finished rough with sponge.

b) Extra for providing and mixing water proofing material in cement plaster work in proportion recommended by the manufacturers :

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Distempering with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade : New work (two or more coats) over and including water thinnable priming coat with cement primer

Finishing walls with Premium Acrylic Smooth exterior paint with Silicone additives of required shade: New work (Two or more coats applied @ 1.43 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm)

Painting two or more coats on new wood / steel work with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand, shade and manufacture, in all shades including preparation of surfaces on wood / Steel surface

Applying priming coat with ready mixed red oxide zinc chromate primer of approved brand and manufacture on steel galvanised iron/ steel works

Applying priming coat With ready mixed pink or Grey primer of approved brand and manufacture on wood work (hard and soft wood)

12 mm thick plain cement mortar bands in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand): Raised Band

Providing and fixing of Plaster mesh made out of galvanized iron of nominal thickness 0.35 mm with a Zinc coating of 120 gms per Sqm at the junctions of Masonry and concrete works including tying in position with suitable nails / screws etc., complete and as per manufacturer specification, from M/s. ARPITHA EXPORTS, Bangalore or equivalent.

20mm thick water proof plastering in cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) in two layers of 10mm each with water proofing compound mixed as per approved manufacturers specifications finished neat with extra cement including benching, haunching and providing proper slope all as directed. (Water proofing compound of make M/s Cico, M/s Fosroc, M/s BASF, M/s Pidilite)

Finishing walls with textured exterior paint of required shade : New work (Two or more coats applied @ 3.28 ltr/10 sqm) over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20kg/10 sqm

CHAPTER VII: FLOORING

Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate) finished with a floating coat of neat cement, including cement slurry, but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc. complete. 40 mm thick with 20 mm nominal size stone aggregate

Cement plaster skirting up to 30 cm height, with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand), finished with a floating coat of neat cement. 18 mm thick

Providing and laying Ceramic glazed floor tiles of size 300x300 mm (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), of 1st quality conforming to IS : 15622, of approved make, in all colours, shades, except White, Ivory, Grey, Fume Red Brown, laid on 20 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:4 (1 Cement : 4 Coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/ sq.m including pointing the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete.

Floor Tiles size 300 x 300

Providing and fixing Ist quality ceramic glazed wall tiles conforming to IS: 15622 (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), of approved make, in all colours, shades except burgundy, bottle green, black of any size as approved by Engineer-in-Charge, in skirting, risers of steps and dados, over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 Coarse sand) and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3kg per sqm, including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete (Size not less than 300mm x 450mm)

Providing and laying vitrified floor tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS: 15622, of approved make, in all colours and shades, laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/ sqm including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete.

a) Size of Tile 600x600 mm in Flooring

b) Using Size of Tile 600x600 mm but in Skirting 100mm height

Providing and fixing 18 mm thick gang saw cut, mirror polished, premoulded and prepolished, machine cut for kitchen platforms, vanity counters, window sills, facias and similar locations of required size, approved shade, colour and texture laid over 20 mm thick base cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 Coarse sand), joints treated with white cement, mixed with matching pigment, epoxy touch ups, including rubbing, curing, moulding and polishing to edges to give high gloss finish etc. complete at all levels.

a) Granite stone slab colour black, Cherry/Ruby red Area of slab over 0.50 sqm

Extra for providing opening of required size & shape for wash basin / kitchen sink in kitchen platform, vanity counter and similar location in marble/ Granite/ stone work, including necessary holes for pillar taps etc. including moulding, rubbing and polishing of cut edges etc. complete.

Polished Kota stone slab flooring for staircase treads (with half rounding) & risers over 20 mm (average) thick base laid over and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab, including rubbing and polishing complete with base of cement mortar 1 : 4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) : 25 mm thick

b) Using kota stone but in Skirting 100mm height

Providing and fixing 30 mm thick Granite of all colour except black, cherry/ruby red with Area of slab over 0.50 sqm for kitchen platforms, Shelfs etc

CHAPTER VIII: DOORS, WINDOW & WOOD WORKS

Providing and fixing ISI marked flush door shutters conforming to IS : 2202 (Part I) non-decorative type, core of block board construction with frame of 1st class hard wood and well matched commercial 3 ply veneering with vertical grains or cross bands and face veneers on both faces of shutters: 35 mm thick excluding ISI marked Stainless Steel butt hinges with necessary screws

a) Providing and fixing Fiber Glass Reinforced plastic (FRP) Door Frames of cross-section 90 mm x 45 mm having single rebate of 32 mm x 15 mm to receive shutter of 30 mm thickness. The laminate shall be moulded with fire resistant grade unsaturated polyester resin and chopped mat. Door frame laminate shall be 2mm thick and shall be filled with suitable wooden block in all the three legs. The frame shall be covered with fiber glass from all sides. M.S. stay shall be provided at the bottom to steady the frame.

b) Providing and fixing to existing door frames. 30 mm thick Glass Fibre Reinforced Plastic (FRP) panelled door shutter of required colour and approved brand and manufacture, made with fire - retardant grade unsaturated polyester resin, moulded to 3 mm thick FRP laminate for forming hollow rails and styles, with wooden frame and suitable blocks of seasoned wood inside at required places for fixing of fittings, cast monolithically with 5 mm thick FRP laminate for panels conforming to IS: 14856, including fixing to frames.

Providing and fixing the following hardware fittings of approved make as per relevant IS including necessary screws etc. all complete.

a) Providing and fixing aluminium tower bolts, ISI marked, anodised (anodic coating not less than grade AC 10 as per IS : 1868 ) transparent or dyed to required colour or shade, with necessary screws etc. complete :

b) Providing and fixing aluminium handles, ISI marked, anodised (anodic coating not less than grade AC 10 as per IS : 1868) transparent or dyed to required colour or shade, with necessary screws etc. complete :

d) Providing and fixing bright finished brass hanging type floor door stopper with necessary screws, etc. complete.

e) Providing and fixing bright finished 100 mm mortice lock with 6 levers without pair of handles of approved quality for aluminium door, with necessary screws etc complete as per direction of Engineer- in-charge.

f) Providing and fixing IS : 12817 marked stainless steel butt hinges with stainless steel screws etc. complete : 100X58X1.90 mm

g) Magnetic door catcher

Providing and fixing stainless steel ( Grade 304) railing made of Hollow tubes, channels, plates etc., including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (wherever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, i/c fixing the railing with necessary accessories & stainless steel dash fasteners , stainless steel bolts etc., of required size, on the top of the floor or the side of waist slab with suitable arrangement as per approval of Engineer-incharge, (for payment purpose only weight of stainless steel members shall be considered excluding fixing accessories such as nuts, bolts, fasteners etc.).

Providing and fixing of pre painted steel openable windows fabricated from roll formed section made of galvanized steel color coated/ powder coated (Base steel as per is 513 120 gsm/ Sq.mtr) with total coated thickness of 0.58 mm. Primer coat with epoxy primer of 5-7 microns thickness. Finish painted with a polyester paint of 12-16 microns thick and back coated with alkyd backer of 5-7 microns or powder coated thick, section for external frames should be of 72 x 55mm. Muliyen Section for 72 x 50mm. Glazed section should be 48mm x 25mm. Fly mesh shutter should be of 40mm x 20mm paneled with 4mm thick plain float glass. Corner brackets for internal and external frames made of glass filled nylon. Gasket are to be made with EPDM. The section are cut to length, joined and assembled by means of corner bracket. The above frames should be fixed to the concrete/ masonry walls by means of self-expanding brackets & screws. Including 10mm Sq. bars at 6” pitch. All taxes complete for finished items of work.

Providing and fixing 1mm thick M.S. sheet door with frame of 40x40x6 mm angle iron and 3 mm M.S. gusset plates at the junctions and corners, all necessary fittings complete, including applying a priming coat of approved steel primer Using M.S. angels 40x40x6 mm for diagonal braces

Providing and fixing cup board shutters 25 mm thick, with Pre-laminated flat pressed three layer particle board or graded wood particle board IS: 12823 marked, exterior grade (Grade l Type ll), having one side decorative lamination and other side balancing lamination, including IInd class teak wood lipping of 25 mm wide x12 mm thick with necessary screws and bright finished stainless steel piano hinges, complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge (For Cupboards in Rooms)

Providing and fixing factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid board one side white color and other side of board laminted with PVC foil of minimum 14 micron thickness of approved design pasted with hot melt adhesive for cup boards, work stations and bathroom/kitchen cabinet etc. of required sizes comprising of virgin polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/ rice husk/wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) having minimum density of 650 kg/cum and screw withdrawal strength of 1800 N (Face) & 900 N (Edge), minimum compressive strength 50 N/mm2,

modulus of elasticity 850 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/ borer proof, water/moisture proof and fire retardant and fixing with stainless steel piano hinges/soft close clip on concealed hinges of required size with necessary full body threaded star headed counter sunk S.S screws, all as per direction of Engineer-In- Charge. (Note: stainless steel piano hinges/soft close clip on concealed hinges and necessary S.S screws shall be paid separately)

18 mm thick (For Cupboards in Kitchen)

Providing and fixing flat pressed 3 layer particle board medium density exterior grade (Grade I) or graded wood particle board IS : 3087 marked, to frame, backing or studding with screws etc. complete (Frames, backing or studding to be paid separately):

CHAPTER IX: ROOFING AND WATERPROOFING

Providing and laying integral cement based water proofing treatment including preparation of surface as required for treatment of roofs, balconies, terraces etc consisting of following operations:

(a) Applying a slurry coat of neat cement using 2.75 kg/Sqm of cement admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS. 2645 and approved by Engineer-in-charge over the RCC slab including adjoining walls upto 300 mm height including cleaning the surface before treatment.

(b) Laying brick bats with mortar using broken bricks/brick bats 25 mm to 115 mm size with 50% of cement mortar 1:5 (1 cement : 5 Coarse sand) admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS : 2645 and approved by Engineer-in-charge over 20 mm thick layer of cement mortar of mix 1:5 (1 cement :5 Coarse sand ) admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS : 2645 and approved by Engineer-in-charge to required slope and treating similarly the adjoining walls upto 300 mm height including rounding of junctions of walls and slabs.

(c) After two days of proper curing applying a second coat of cement slurry using 2.75 kg/ Sqm of cement admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS : 2645 and approved by Engineer- in-charge.

(d) Finishing the surface with 20 mm thick jointless cement mortar of mix 1:4 (1 cement :4 Coarse sand) admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS : 2645 and approved by Engineer- in-charge including laying glass fibre cloth of approved quality in top layer of plaster and finally finishing the surface with trowel with neat cement slurry and making pattern of 300x300 mm square 3 mm deep.

(e) The whole terrace so finished shall be flooded with water for a minimum period of two weeks for curing and for final test.“All above operations to be done in order and as directed and specified by the Engineer-in-Charge :

with average thickness of 120mm and minimum thickness at khurra as 65mm

Providing and fixing on wall face unplasticised - Rigid PVC rain water pipes conforming to IS: 13592 Type A including jointing with seal ring conforming to IS:5382 leaving 10 mm gap for thermal expansion. Single socketed pipes with all fittings & fixture

110 mm diameter

Providing and fixing to the inlet mouth of rain water pipe cast iron grating 15 cm diameter and weighing not less than 440 grams.

CHAPTER X: SANITARY INSTALLATION

Building Panel

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 3 phase 415V 4 wire Free Standing Floor mounted PCC made out of 2mm thick CRCA Sheet after seven tank pre treatment process and painting with powder coating to shade SIEMENS GREY RAL 7032 including all switchgear as detailed below. The PCC shall consist of suitable rating TPN aluminium bus bar as specified in the SLD supported with DMC/ SMC barriers and color coded with heat shrinkable sleeves. ROADS :

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate (size range 53 mm to 0.075 mm ) to wet mix macadam (WMM) specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in for all leads & lifts, laying in uniform layers with mechanical paverfinisher in sub- base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller of 8 to 10 tonne capacity to achievethe desired density, complete as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

CHAPTER XVI : EXTERNAL POWER SUPPLY :

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 3 phase 415V 4 wire Free Standing Outdoor Feeder Plilar made out of 2mm thick CRCA Sheet after seven tank pre treatment process and painting with powder coating to shade SIEMENS GREY RAL 7032 including all switchgear as detailed below. The PCC shall consist of suitable rating TPN aluminium bus bar as specified in the SLD supported with DMC/ SMC barriers and color coded with heat shrinkable sleeves. The metering shall be provided as specified. The PCC shall have short circuit withstanding capacity of minimum 50 KA and consist of the switchgear as mentioned below.

The PCC shall be mounted on channels including supply of the same. The PCC shall be got fabricated from manufacturers with CPRI test certificate only. completely bolted system for ease of assembly. adjustable plinth height for better spreading of cables. permanent earthing for internal components as well as exernal phase plates. adjustable cable gland plates and universal linking pieces for better flexibility. CHAPTER XX: ARBORICULTURE:

Avenue Trees. Clearing the area, digging of Pits of size 1m x 1mx1m in all type of soil/ soft rock and refiling the same with excavated earth mixed with manure or sludge in the ratio 4:1 (4 parts of stacked volume of earth after reduction by 20% : 1 part of manure by volume), flooding with water, dressing including removal of rubbish and surplus earth if any with all leads and lifts , refilling the mixture into pits and flooding with water trees planted at 10 mtr distance in both sides of roads including plantaion of desired trees complete all as directed. Trees should be of height in range of 1.5m-1.8m. All the trees should be well flourished, healthy, free from any diseases etc. Delonix, Regia, Rain Tree, Alestonia, Pogenia Galba, Neem, Bauhinia, Delbergia, Olives, Sisoo, Acaci, Auriculiformis, Bottle Brush, Ashoka safed sares or similar including stacking of trees all complete.

Shrubs. Clearing the area, digging Pits of size 0.6m x 0.6mx0.6m in all type of soil/ soft rock and refiling the same with excavated earth mixed with manure or sludge in the ratio 4:1 (4 parts of stacked volume of earth after reduction by 20% : 1 part of manure by volume) flooding with water, dressing including removal of rubbish and surplus earth if any with all leads and lifts , refilling the mixture into pits mixing of anti termite & chemical etc as required and flooding with water, shrubs planted at 5-7 mtr distance to be planted to cover the open spaces including supply and plantation of shrubs 400mm-600mm height of Bogainvilla, Jatropha, Narium, Oliender, Hamelia, Roses, Ixora, Hibiscus, Cassia, Ehauri, Kair, Akh, Jhal or similar as approved.

Flowering Ground Creeper. Clearance of the area and digging up to 0.30 m, refilling with agriculture soil and cattle manure in 4:1 ratio. Provision of anti-termite treatment at plantation

Hedges/Borders. Clearing the area, digging Pits of size 0.6m deep x 0.45m wide X RM in length all type of soil/ soft rock and refiling the same with excavated earth mixed with manure or sludge in the ratio 4:1 (4 parts of stacked volume of earth after reduction by 20% : 1 part of manure by volume) flooding with water, dressing including removal of rubbish and surplus earth if any with all leads and lifts , refilling the mixture into pits mixing of anti termite & chemical etc as required and flooding with water including supply and plantation of approved hedge species like Goldenduranta / Kair / Akh / Jhal / Ber / chlerodendron Inermie sapling in staggard condition of 300mm height after the plantation, about 1-2 years old with well grown, disease/ inset free and plantation the minimum 7 number of sapling per running meter or equivalent as approved complete.

Lawn Bermuda. Clearing the area,removal of weed roots, debris etc., digging upto 0.30 m and provision of anti-termite treatment, refilling with good soil and well decomposed cattle manure in 4:1 ratio and rough dressing. Supply and planting of approved species of lawn bermuda. Grass should be healthy and free from any diseases and weeds. Maintenance includes regular watering, de-weeding, manuring with neem cake mixture and fertilizer. Spraying of insecticide and fungicide as and when required for a period of one year.

Lawn Carpet. Clearing the area, removal of weed roots, debris etc., digging upto 0.30 m and provision of anti-termite treatment, refilling with good soil and well decomposed cattle manure in 4:1 ratio and rough dressing. Supply and planting of approved species of carpet grass. Grass should be healthy and free from any diseases and weeds. Maintenance includes regular watering, de-weeding, mowing, rolling, manuring with cattle manure and neem cake mixture and fertilizer, spraying of insecticide and fungicide as and when required for a period of one year.

Seasonal Flower Beds. Digging upto 0.30 m depth and refilling with good agriculture soil and cattle manure in 4:1 ratio. Preparation of beds, supply and planting of dwarf double flower hybrid cannas and seedlings / suckers / Rhizomes of hybrids and varieties of seasonal flowers as per season. Maintenance Includes, regular watering, de-weeding, loosening of soil fortnightly, manuring with cattle manure and fertilizer @ 200 gms/sm. Trimming, pruning and staking, spraying of insecticide and fungicide as and when required for a period of one year.

Excavation for Landscaping. Earth work in excavation in any type of soil, including dressing of sides and ramming of bottom, getting out, stacking the excavated soil and filling the same in layer where ever required in plantation area and consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering. The disposal of surplus soil as directed with lead upto 100 m and disposed soil to be neatly levelled and dressed.

Agriculture Soil for Landscape. Supply & arranging of good Agriculture soil of about 6.5 pH for the landscaping works

Brick Edging. Supply and fixing of wire-cut bricks with cement and sand mortar in 1: 6 ratio on either sides of the seasonal flower beds/landscape and colouring as and when required for a period of one month.

Providing and fixing Gunmetal sprinklers with 25mm inlet, suitable for sprinking water upto 12mtr radius at 2 Kg/cm², nozzle etc complete
