Surface shall be kept free till the moment, the primer is impregnated and the solvent oil in primer is evaporated. (c) Applying one coat of hot straight run bitumen @ 1.20 Kg/Sqm of grade 30/40 confirming to IS-73 (Grade S-35). (d) Laying 3mm thick APP polymeric water proofing membrane of weight not less than 3.6 kg/sqm, black finish reinforced with non woven polyster matt, with a thermo fusible finish, torching overlaps with a propane or a butane gas torch, with a overlap of 75mm at sides and 100mm at the ends and sealing including applying a coat of cold emulsion bituminous primer all as per manufacturer's instruction including preparation of surface. Note :- The water proofing treatment shall be got carried out by the manufacturer or their authorised applicators. The contractor shall give 10 years guarantee for effectiveness of water proofing treatment, 2.5% of work done amount of this item shall be retained from contractors payment for a period of 10 years reckoned from date of physical completion of this work, or in lieu contractor may deposit bank FDR for the said amount for 10 years which shall be released by GE on expiry of satisfactory completion of 10 years period.

Rounding to edges of kota/marble stone slabs on edge, such as in steps and other similar situations complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F 40 mm thick insulated PVC Wall Lining consisting of PVC Insulated Panels having expanded polystyrene (EPS) stuck to 2mm thick single side prelam PVC sheet duly fitted into the wall as per specifications and drawing complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for concealed point wiring complete with stranded copper conductor 1.5 Sqmm nominal area PVC insulated FRLS 1100 volts grade electrical cable drawn through concealed PVC conduit and including replacement of unserviceable pressed steel terminal boxes with Modular steel terminal boxes factory made including white cover modular plate with frame suitable for modular switches, modular sockets, modular fan regulators etc of required size complete including 1.5 sqmm copper cable earth continuity wire to common earth and connected to earth dolly complete all as specified for (One light/Fan/Bell point controlled by one 5 Amp switch one way using cable 1.5 Sq mm for phase and neutral and 1.5 sqmm for earthing) . Note:- Phase should be of Red /Yellow/Blue, neutral should be of back and earthing wire should be of green colour. 2 runs of cable for phase/ neutral and 1 run for earth will be measured and paid as one unit length.

Note:- The contract sum shall be after deducting the amount of Credit shown in Credit Schedule of this Tender.
