NOTES :The bidders/contractors are advised to read tender document & all corrigendum/ amendments and General conditions of contracts before entry/quoting the rates.

Taking down aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete, including fixture and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets, light fittings etc. removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody or for taking credit (credit for items should be made as per conditions seperately) and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors etc. all as specified and as directed.

Taking down unserviceable existing sub main wiring with copper/aluminium conductor stranded cable upto and including 4/6 Sqmm single core including earth wire from existing conduit or wooden battens including taking out unserviceable wooden gutties etc, matching with the existing surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Point wiring with 1.5 Sqmm (Nominal area) PVC insulated, unsheathed, stranded FRLSH copper conductor cable (1100Volts grade) drawn in and including PVC casing capping 20 mm or higher size with all fittings and accessories for one light/fan/call bell/exhaust fan point controlled by one switch alongwith PVC insulated cable with stranded FRLSH copper conductor (green in colour) of size 1.5 Sqmm and connected to earth dolly including fixing of 1. 2 mm thick MS sunk terminal box 60 mm deep (minimum size 100 x 100 mm square) suitably flushed to wall with 3 mm thick plastic laminated/ebonite sheet cover fixed with brass screws and cup washers incding making good the disturbed surfaces complete.

Note:- Quoted rates shall be deem to include for earth strip with protection pipe of 7.5 M length.

All as per item no 68 above but Material and labour for Chemical earthing with copper earth plate 90x60cmx5mm & copper earth strip 50x6mm. Note : Earth result after installation completely should be less than 2 Ohm (i)Quoted rates shall be deemed to include for earth strip with protection pipe up to 7.5 M length. (ii)Black Soil to be arrange by contractor for mixing with charcoal, crystal salt , magnesium Sulphate & Vegetable oil and also for fiiling balance portion of unit in layers is deemed to be included to be rate quoted.(iii) transportation charges for arrangement of black soil is deemed to be included in the rate quoted.(iv) Tools and plants require for making depth upto 4 Mtr os tp be arrange by contractor charge for the same is included in the rate quoted.

S&F in repair Air termination, single pointed Copper rod 12 mm dia and 300mm long lightning arrester, screwed for easy fitment and fixing with base plate with 10 mm holes on four corners for necessary fixing arrangement on top / side of PCC block (15cmx15cmx20cm) complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
