Providing and fixing Bed Headboard thickness 48mm edge of the patti of the headboard, the headboard will be same as per bed all three sides and center made of 50mm high density foam sleep well or its equivalent or fabric @ 700 per meter approved by the authorties , three sides of approved colour /shade with teak wood beading on the edges to be finshed in polish and finished with colour finished with wall nut melamyne polish asian or equivalent complete in all respect as (per Mock Up room i.e 307) including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and heights.

Providing and supplying bed side table 24''X18''X22'' LxBxH 2 nos.each side made of 18mm ply board finished with 3.5mm veneer greenply/archid or its equivalent on exposed surface and wallnut melamyne polish, the bed side unit having two drawer made of plyboard fitted on telescopic ruuners/hettich/Haffele or equivalent with italian marble top and ss long handles. the inside of the Drawers is finsshed in 0.8mm laminate of greenlam/merino/century or etc with all hardware such as nails,fevicol etc complete in all respect as (per Mock Up room i.e 307) including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and heights.

Renovation of single Seater Sofa Chair with fully covered with fabric the chair should have coil springs in seats and sinous spring for backrest ,padded with polyurethane foam fully upholestered the thickness of foam should be 4'' thick having density of 40kg with 1/5'' soft foam on base @ 4500/-the leg should be polished with pu wallnut polish or Asian Equivalent . Fabric 3 mtr @ 700/- fabric De-decor, dicitex or equivalent as as approved by authory, with nails, solution,tatt,nawar etc @ 1000/-complete in all respect as (per Mock Up room i.e 307) including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and heights.

Providing and supplying High back Chair 850x750x1050 LxWxH made up of hard wood frame double dowelled for poper strength glued and screwed nailed pproperly as per design the chair should be fully covered with fabric, frame should be the leg should be made of teak wood or with leg cap and polished with pu wallnut polish or Asian Equivalent ,the thickness of foam should be 4'' thick having Density of 40 with 1.5'' soft foam on base of foam sleepwell or equivalent the size of back is High complete in all respect as (per Mock Up room i.e 307) including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and heights.

Providing and supplying Centre Table Top size 18'' x 24''x 24'' HxLxB, frame should be made of knot free teak wood and wallnut polish the top of table is italian Marble the legs thicknes is 1.5''x 1.5'' with all hardware such as nails,fevicol etc complete in all respect as (per Mock Up room i.e 307) including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and heights.

Providing and supplying Study table size 42'' x 18'' x 30'' made up of Greenlam ply double dowelled for poper strength glued and screwed nailed pproperly as per design the table leg should be made of teak wood with gold cap and polished with pu wallnut polish or Asian Equivalent ,the table having one drawer made of plyboard fitted on telescopic ruuners/hettich/Haffele or equivalent with italian marble top and ss long handles. complete in all respect as (per Mock Up room i.e 307) including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and heights.

Renovating Study Chair without arms of size 520x600x850 LxBxH renovate the chair seat and back rest should be padded with polyurethane foam the thickness of foam should be 2'' thick having Density of foam @ 1500 fully capitone uphostered fabric of DD Décor the cost of fabric 1.5mtr @Rs 700/- per mtr , Paint and polished with PU melamyne matt finish Asian or equivalent , Nails, screw, Fevicol, Solution,tatt etc with all hardware such as nails,fevicol etc complete in all respect as (per Mock Up room i.e 307) including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and heights.

Renovation of Storage area covered with 18mm ply/board or its equavilent with teak veneeer all side of frame should be covered with teak wood moulding 2'' x 1'' , polished with pu melamyne matt finish Asian or equivalent with all hardware such as nails,fevicol etc complete in all respect as (per Mock Up room i.e 307) including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and heights.

Finishing wall with plastic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade including thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar droppings and other foreign matter and sand papered smooth including applying of putty/pop wherever required for making the surface. (per Mock Up room i.e 307) including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and heights.

Providing and supplying Electrical Work with Lights and Change position of Switches, 5 lamp shape for wall and bed, 1 scenary light , 1 Door Bell, 10 switch Board complete with switch, regulator, power switch,plug etccomplete in all respect as (per Mock Up room i.e 307) including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and heights.

Providing and supplying Partition in Shower area with tuffoned glass of size 36'' x 75'' it includes all fiting for fixing glass the tuffoned glass should be 12 mm thick complete in all respect as (per Mock Up room i.e 307) including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and heights.

Providing and fixing Exhaust Fan Havells or equivalent make for washroom complete in all respect as (per Mock Up room i.e 307) including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and heights.

Providing and fixing ACP Sheet or mica on upper side of curtain wall of size 60''x156'', 36''x60'', 156''x 30'' it should be properly dwelled and screwed or finished, with all hardware such as nails,fevicol etc complete in all respect as (per Mock Up room i.e 307) including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and heights.

Providing and supplying Curtain Channel of size 180'' and Height of Curtains to be adjusted according to height of wall the curtain channel should be in brand of Haffele/Hettich or its equivalent with all hardware such as nails,fevicol etc complete in all respect as (per Mock Up room i.e 307) including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and heights.
