Fabrication, supply, delivery and fixing of outside MS Ladder of 45cm clear wide made out of 50 mm x 50mm x 6mm MS angle for both sides and for steps at 30cm C/C welded jointed etc ., for I staging from GL to 1st level brace (weight 4.5kg/m) IInd and IIIrd staging upto floor slab and IVth staging from floor slab to roof top. Supply, delivery and fixing of 32 mm GI pipes medium for hand rails from I stage to IVth stage. RCC 1:1.5:3 mix for Landing slab 5 nos. at Ground Level- 1No. and above Ground Level - 4Nos. Supply and fixing of 32mm GI pipe medium for hand rails for the Landing slab. Supplying and fixing of MS Base plate of 100mm X 100mm X 6mm thick for fixing Anchore fastener bolt for fixing of hand rails at Landing slab and MS Ladder providing locking arrangements with two coats of approved enamel paint over one coat of red oxide paint as per approved Type Design and as directed by TWAD board officers.

Providing and fixing of RCC inner access ladder in R.C.C. 1:1.5:3 mix using 20mm and 10 mm size hard granite broken stone (machine crushed) inside access ladder 0.60m wide made with steps at 45 cm interval from roof slab to floor slab level of the S.R including cost of reinforcement, fabrication, labour charges, centering charges colour washing with cement paint of approved colour and quality in two coats etc. complete and as directed by the TWAD Board Officers.

Providing 65 mm GI ventilating arrangements mosquito proof nylon net with 110 mm PVC pipes and cowl and as directed by TWAD Board officers

Supplying and fixing of cut stone of size 0.45m x 0.45m x 0.15 set in CM 1:3 (One cement and three sand) below the inlet pipe inside the service reservoir and as directed by the TWAD Board Officers.

Providing manhole cover of size 0.60 x 0.60M in RCC 1:1.5:3 with suitable reinforcement and 50x50x6mm MS angle fixed along edges and as directed by TWAD Board officers
