M & L for dewatering of existing over head tanks of staging up to 21 meter of any description of capacity 0.25 Lakh Gallons Loc PH NO 20 at OD complex, clean inside surfaces of OHT of all chambers i.e inner and outer by scraping down walls & bottom surfaces with using steel wire brushes and light hammer to remove all deposition/fungus other organism sediment loose dis/mud sluge, vegetation other micro foreign materials etc and also removing loose/unsound concrete/plaster including taking out and removing all disposal waste/spoil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr and make good plastering surface wall of OHT with cement mortar (1:3) and finish surface even and smooth with using extra cement including washing the cleaned surfaces with water and washing repeatedly with rebekience solution floor/bottom of OH tanks to acheive disinfected surface inside OHT complete all as specified and directed by Engr In Charge.Note (i) Contractor will start the work after the prior permisson of department for the concern site . (ii) Contractor will do once a job in one time so that the crises of water can not be happened. (iii) Contractor will apply his labour ,reinforcement ,T&P all material and related items near the site before starting the work.

(iv) Contractor will reasponsible for water supply if not finish in stipulated time he will supply to the concern area through water bouser or penality of Rs 2500/- will be charged for the compensation of no water supply. (v) OHT Cleaning done and due will be written on a block marked with outline with colour on black/blue/white back ground on the OHT at visible place in bold and clear writting with proper painting alphabtes Writing letters or figures (Block. Roman, Italic or Indian) n exc. 30 cm high Letters etc., shall be painted with thick paint, so that they stand out boldly and solidly without showing signs of brush marks, if necessary, they shall be repainted until the desired result is obtained. (vi) Video recording of each and every OHT work before and after the work will be done by the contractor and kept in record. (vii) Cost of disinfection rebekience solution is deemed to included in the quoted rate.

M&L for dewatering of existing underground reservoirs Central pump house Sump well of any description clean inside surfaces of water under ground sump by scraping down walls & bottom surfaces of the sump with using steel wire brushes and light hammer to remove all deposition/fungus other micro organism sediment loose dis/mud sluge, vegetation other micro foreign materials etc and also removing loose/onground concrete/plaster including taking out and removing all disposal waste/spoil to a distance not exceeding 5 mtr and washing the cleaned surfaces with water and washing repeatedly with rebekience solution floor/bottom of OH tanks/underground reservoirs complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Area of each sump well of 5 lakh gln capacity is 1511 Sqm.

M&L for applying one coat on plastered and other surfaces with alkali resistant paint on inner walls of sumpwell complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old decorated steel surface exc 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) Tint of paint will be used as directed by Engr in charge. (ii) The rate qoated by the contractor shall be deemed to include for arrangement of scaffolding as reqd. (iii) The above work is required to be carriedout at Central pump house Sump Well.

M&L for preparation of old decorated steel surface over 10cm width/girth or of any description and applying one coat of black Japan paint over the surface of MS ladders ,and allied MS items ,chequered plate complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) Tint of paint will be used as directed by Engr in charge. (i) The rate qoated by the contractor shall be deemed to include for arrangement of scaffolding as reqd. (iii) The above work is required to be carriedout at Central pump house Sump Well.

M&L for Framed work such as grills,gratings, etc.. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work con- forming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 including portions framed and hung as gates, including pintle hinges, stops, hand-made sliding bolts including dismantling old structure etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying, testing and commissioning cable XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, elecric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 10 sqmm 2 core including taking down old unsv cable complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out the existing aviation lights from its existing position and S&F new LED avaiation lights with light dependent sensor 12 wattt IP65 protection with all fitting and fixing arrangment including all electric connection wiring and control switch all as specified and directed by Engr-in -Charge. Note:- The light fitting have provision of proper grouting on PCC pedstal and grouted over the PCC platform,light fitting can sustain the wind and storm pressure and stand delibrately on 21 mtr ht position without any deflection.Contractor shall maintain the fitting and fixtuers up to 02 year of installation of aviation lights. Note : Cable for service connection if required will be measured and paid under separate item of work.

S&F in replacement of LED 45W new generation energy saving , enviroment friendly long life LED street Light made up of pressure die cast aluminium housing with high power LED as lighting source and lens embedded PC cover having TOP opening separate driver compartment with IP66 protection and impact resistance of IK07 as light socurces with all conected accessories including bolts, nuts, brackets, suitable size of pipes for mounting of Light all as specified and directed.

S&F sheet metal enclosure MCB distribution board single pole & neutral 240 volts 12 way with IP-43 IK-09 protection double door complete with appropriate size bus bar and neutral link, fixed flush in wall including chases wall for fixing DB and making good distributed wall surfaces to match with existing specification complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement MCB SPN 240 V,50 Hz 16 Amp complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for spray wild grass destroy chemical (Ammonium salt glyphosate 71% SG of Aandhi -71, systemic herbicide) mix with water & diesel as per manufacturers instructions for the area 25m x 25m all around the over head tank/ installation after a interval of threee month each/ manual cutting of unwanted grass complete all as specified & directed. Note : Contractor will provide of equipment/tools related with job etc. included in quoted rate.

S&F of Automatic street light control switch of single phase of 3 KW using Infrared sensor based nature switch for automatic switching of security lights. Nature switch operation should be based on natural light Lux level, required illuminance level for switching ON is < 30/60 lux and for switching OFF > 10 lux. The sensor should also have part night operation facility of min. 4 hrs to max. 12 hrs or 4 hrs to 8 hrs. The sensor alongwith suitable power contractors and incoming -outgoing MCBs should be enclosed in a pole/wall mountable rust proof, electric shock proof, termite proof and FR grade SMC enclosure confirming to IP54 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement PVC hose pipe heavy duty 100mm dia with sutable size of clamps and fittings as required at site complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for repair & maintenance of digital water level indicator and control panel of cental pumping station including accessories required at site complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for clearing away all grass vegetation, saplings,shrubs, brushwood, undergrowth, roots, and trees not exceeding 30 cm girth (measured one metre above ground level) and removing rubbish upto a distance of 50 metres outside the periphery of the area under clearance complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of On load changeover switch with front handle in sheet steel Each enclosure of capacity 250 Amps, 415 V, 50 Hz, modular construction, 4 pole, door interlock, frame 2 DM- series with electrical connection, lugs, thimbels etc. required at site complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down old damaged/ Worn out / rusted sign board from installation and S&F new sign board made out of flex sheet, tin sheet box to base length and to provision of hollow square tube/ pipe, angle of size 45mm x 45mm x 5 mm thick for fixing proper arrangement of sign board as per existing, (approx length of each sign board 7.5 mtr x 0.75 mtr x 0.20 mtr) with MS clamps, bolts, nuts and washers including 04 Nos LED lights of 20 W (4 feet) in each Sign board and including all electrical connection with separate ON & OFF switch box & cable of 1.5 sqmm in casing caping required at site complete all as specified and directed.
