Overhauling of compressor 36TR complete including taking down unserviceable parts and refixing new parts whererever necessary complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge after pumping down the complete system and collecting the refrigerant into condencer, compressor oil into clean container, disconnecting the compressor from suction & discharge side and including leak testing of compressor after reassembling the parts, recharging/filling retrieved oil & gas, replacement of belt if required and testing upto satisfactory cooling performance complete all as specified and as directed. SM No 654/0025/CR-1/08, 654/0025/CR-1/09 Make: Bock compressor.(NTS Teylerabad) Note: (i) spare parts , refrigerant (gas) & compressor oil for top up if required shall be measured and paid for seperately as supply only in respective item of this schedule. (ii) Metal filling , grinding, polishing spring, washer, quarter, and consumable items such as grease cotton waste etc., are deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (iii) Belt shall be paid seperately as supply only.

M&L for repair to suction & discharge valve of compressor 36 TR of capacity by means of replacing the teflon washer sheet, suction & discharge valve ring, spring, 'O' rings, gaskets etc complete and testing for proper holding of valve, leak testing etc all as specified and as directed. make: BOCK compressor. Note: The rate shall be inclusive of suction & discharge valve which is consider as one job.

M & L for descaling the shell & tube condenser of 36 TR capacity at by circulating the descaling chemical (scale gun) (HCL acid) through condenser by pressure feeding method after disconnecting condenser water lines, and opening the end covers of both side, brushing condenser water tubing, removing the scales, normalising the copper surface circulation normalising agent and refixing all dismantled parts including replacement of gasket set all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M & L for leak testing of AHU unit cooling coil after pumping down the complete system, isolating the cooling coil from both ends and charging the dry nitrogen gas for pressure leak test, after detecting leak point, release the nitrogen gas, repairing the leak point but means of soldering/brazing and connecting the cooling coil with system, vaccumised the complete system and re-charge the system by refrigerant, testing and commissioning up to satisfactory cooling performance of 72TR capacity. Note: (i) Refrigerant gas shall be mesaured and paid separately as supply only. (ii) Nitrogen gas required deemed to be inclusive in the quoted rate.

M&L for servicing of package type indoor unit of capacity 5.5/8.5/10/16 TR by opening front grill, bottom grill cleaning filters, by spraying water jet, removing dust/dirt from package unit all over, checking electric connection, checking any leakage by applying soap solution on joint & liquid/vapour lines properly checking functionality of all spares & replacing the same under relevent item of schedule & put the air conditioner into operation complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in- charge/GE. Note : (i) Spare parts will be measured and paid separately. (ii) Sliding the filter out and washing it with water and drying in the shade, reinstalling the same. (iii) Checking the compressor for oil leakage and inspection of vibrations insulation rubber for wear and tightening the mounting lugs.

All as per item No 5.00 above but outdoor unit of package unit of capacity 5.5/8.5/10/16 TR .

S&F in replacement of stainless steel fan guard grill for Condenser fan suitable for out door unit of capacity upto 16 TR as per sample including taking out old rusted fan grill and fixing the new grill with nuts bolts and washers and making good the surface by painting complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in Replacement of panel air filters, dry type, washable, rated air flow capacity 1600 CFM 99.9%, down to particle 20 micron of Suitable sizes or nearest for AHU of central AC plant at NTS Teylerabad

M&L for pumping down the gas of the Package type AC plant of various capacities pressure testing the complete plant by dry nitrogen gas by separating high side and low side, rectifying the leakage by gas welding brazing pressure testing vaccuming the system and re-charging the system with gas, testing and commissioning complete.(INS Utkrosh 16Tr,10Tr, & NAD 8.5Tr) Note:- (i) Nitrogen gas required shall deemed to be include in the quoted rate. (ii) Refrigerant gas shall be mesaured and paid separately as supply only.

Cleaning / servicing the cooling coil of AHU AC plant by capacity of 8.5 TR by pressure air method with using air blower and cleaning the cooling coil with cleaning the solution, cleaning the AHU base tray completely and applying one coat of synthetic enamelled paint inside the base tray, including greasing to AHU blower shaft bearing for smooth functioning, cleaning the AHU filter replacement of V-belt (if required) of NAD Dollygunj all as specified .
