Conducting Final Location Survey for Construction of New BG Railway Line, Gauge Conversion, Doubling, Multi-Tracking & Traffic Surveys over Western Railway under the Jurisdiction of Chief Administrative Officer / Construction / CCG / Western Railway, Mumbai.

The tenderer must have minimum average annual contractual turnover 150% of 'V/N' or 'V' whichever is less, where V=Advertised value of the tender in Crores of Rupees. N=Number of years prescribed for completion of work for which bids have been invited.In case of JV, the Financial Capacity of only the Lead Member will be considered. Moreover, each member of the JV should have at least 25% of the Financial Capacity for the purpose of further evaluation for the eligibility of the JV.

Technical Capacity shall be ascertained as per para 3.1.2 (A) & 3.2.2 of RFP.

Eligible Assignment (Similar work) Mandatory Pre-Qualification / Technical Qualification CriteriaThe following requirements, incorporated from the PQ/TQ document, shall be mandatory and shall be evaluated on Pass/Fail basis before detailed QCBS scoring.

(a) the assignment is directly awarded to the Bidder by a Govt. Department / PSUs; or by a Public listed company having average annual turnover of Rs 500 crore and above in last 3 financial years excluding the current financial year, listed on National Stock Exchange or Bombay 1.1.1 Stock Exchange, registered at least 5 years back from the date of submission of Bid by the Bidder to the Authority. In case of foreign assignment, work experience for only Government bodies shall be considered.

For demonstrating technical capacity, the Bidder shall have, during last 05 (five) years, ending last day of month previous to the one in which 1.1.2 tender is invited, completed or substantially completed one Eligible Assignment of value equal to or more than 15% of the advertised cost of the Bid (the "Technical Capacity").

" Any Final Location Survey/Engineering feasibility study and preparation 1.1.3 of DPR involving modern surveying techniques e.g. Airborne or terrestrial LIDAR for linear projects.".

Tenderer must have got at least 5 projects sanctioned by the Railway Board within the last 12 months.

The bidder shall have the specified equipment/software on own/lease basis with documentary proof, as listed.

Submission of Earnest money

Uploading of valid credential documents in support of technical as well as financial eligibility criterion.

Submission of Bank details, PAN Number

Submission of Complete Address of the tenderer.

A copy of certificate stating that they are not liable to be disqualified and all their statements/documents submitted along with bid are true and factual. Standard format of the certificate to be submitted by the bidder is enclosed as Annexure-V.

In addition to Annexure -V, in case of other than Company/Proprietary firm, Annexure -V (A) shall also be submitted by the each member of a Partnership firm/Joint Venture (JV)/Hindu Undivided Family (HUF)/Limited Liability Partnership (LLP) etc as the case may be. Non submission of a copy of certificate by the bidder shall result in Summarily Rejection of his/their bid.

Tenderers are required to submit their bank details i.e. Name of the Bank along with Bank Branch Code, Account Number, IFSC Code, and PAN Number.
