SCHEDULE 'A' PART XI (MISCELLANEOUS ITEMS) Note: This schedule is not pre-priced by MES

M&L for Point wiring complete with 1.5 sq mm single core PVC insulated FRLS unsheathed cable 1100 volts grade with multi stranded copper conductor confirming to IS-694 1990 wih ISI marked (for phase, neutral and earth) in and including PVC conduit with ISI Mark of minimum 20mm dia and all conduit accessories concealed including cutting/ chases in wall/ceiling etc and including factory made branded make embossed glvanised steel pressed terminal boxes alongwith suitable size modular cover plates with frames for fixing modular switches and sockets, fan regulators etc. of suiable size modules and the earth wire to be connected to common earth dolly complete all as specified and directed for One light point /Ceiling Fan Point /Exhaust fan Point controlled by one modular switch 6A one way switch. Note: Location of light points, 6 Amp socket points and light fittings may be decided by Engr-in-charge as per site/user requirment

Supply and Fix Study Lamp 3 Watts single phase fixed on walls complete all as specified and directed

M & L for preparing bituminous surfaces of road and marking 2.5mm thick centre lines, stop lines, dashes, arrows etc. and the like n. exc 10cm wide on roads pavements with hot applied thermo plastic road marking paint of approved colour confirming to BS 3262-1989 with special applicator machine all as per manufacturers instruction complete all as specified and directed.

S&F DWCPE (SN8) confirming to IS-16098 , 163mm inner dia 180 outer dia bore complete laid and jointed including testing with and including necessary jointing material tees /union /socket etc complete as specified

S&F in repair of concertina coil fencing with punched tape concertina coil 600mm dia 10 m operable length (total 90 m) having 50 nos rounds per 6 m length, with existing angle iron Y shaped placed 2.4 m at 3 m apart and with 9 horizontal R.B.T reinforced barbed wire, stud tied with GI staples and GI clips to retain horizontal including necessary bolts or GI bared wire tied to angle iron all complete as per directions of Engr in charge with reinforced barbed tape (RBT)/spring core(2.5 mm thick) wire of high tensile strength of 165 kg /sq mm with tape(0.52 mm thick)and weight 43.478gm/m complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only 3.5mm dia PVC coated GI wire chain link fencing 5mm wire (3.5mm GI (20-30 GSM) and 1.5mm PVC Cover the GI, 3"X3" gap 7ft width 100ft length (colour will be decided by GE) made into mattresses laped wired laid in position. Note : Fixing of PVC coated chain link fencing wire shall be measured under Sch 'A' Part VIII Ser Item No 17

M&L for construction of valve chamber 900x900x900 mm depth with PCC foundation in the ration 1:4:8 brick work cement mortar in the ratio 1:4 using of class B bricks , PCC coping at the top of the ratio 1:2:4 , plastering 15 mm thick in the ratio 1:4 including MS sheet cover 3mm thick with angle iron frame 50x50x6mm locking arrengement complete with painting on steel surface with one coat of red oxide paint over two coats of synthetic enameeled paint all as specified and directed . (Earth work shall be measured and paid seperetely in the respective items)

M&L for riddled earth (by seiving the excavated earth) includng leveling watering and well ramming in layers for protection of cables (punned depth will be measured) complete all as specified and directed. Note: The contractor shall arrange approved riddled earth from outside the MOD land. The rate quoted shall be deemed to include all labour, sieving, levelling, watering, ramming. Punned thickness only will be measured for payment

Supply and fix FRP pole box of size 168X253x115mm , thermoplastic, polycabonate, IP-66 complete with 4 pole 32 A connector, Double compression glands-2 Nos, MCB SP 6 Amps mounted with GI clamps of suitable size with nuts and bolts on street light pole all complete as specified and directed.

Material and labour for street light bracket made of 40mm GI pipe light grade 1.5 m length bent in shape for mounting street light on one end, fixing the bracket on pole with suitable GI clamps, Nus and bolts all as specified and as directed..

M & L for Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60cmX60cmX6 mm thick buried in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 metre below normal ground level, normal with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level, earth plate connected to a galvanized earth lead wire 4 mm dia as earthing lead by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No.3 of MES SSR Part-I (2009) connected to earth test point all as specified or indicated including testing on completion with and including 15 mm bore light grade GI protection pipe 7.5 meters long for earth including PCC 1:2:4 pit with pre cast RCC 1:2:4 type B1 cover 40 mm thick reinforced with 6mm dia MS bars @ 100mm both ways with lifting hook made out of 6mm dia MS bars watering arrangement with funnel wire, common salt and charcoal filling, necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil complete all as specified.

M & L for Earthing of machinery installed at substation using GI strip as earthing lead complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60cmX60cmX6 mm thick buried in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 metre below normal ground level, normal with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level, earth plate connected to a galvanized earth lead strip 32 x 6 mm dia as earthing lead by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No.3 of MES SSR Part-I (2009) connected to earth test point all as specified or indicated including excavation, earthwork, PCC pit, CI covers, funnel with watering pipe, wire mesh and testing on completion all as specified and as directed.

M/L for LT cable route indicators Oval Shaped 200x150x6 mm cast Iron precast with engraving "LT MES CABLE" embedded with PCC in mix 1:3:6 type C1 incl necessary exc,returning filling & removal of soil complete as directed

M & L for 200w long range flood light operating in 230V, AC, 50Hz, weather , dust and vermin proof led light fixture complete with control gear in cast aluminum body having high conductivity sinks, toughened glass cover with rubber gasket held in position with help of cast aluminum retaining ring, the light would be complete with long beam LEDs and suitable driver. The search light shall have 1 meter tripod stand with castrol wheels for ease movement inside the tower cabin all as specified and as directed.
