Company/Partnership/ Sole proprietorship details

The Bidder should either be the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) or an Authorized licensed agent/ dealer / reseller of Servers.

The Bidder/OEM must have valid ISO 9001:2015 & ISO/IEC 20000-1-2018 or above version and ISO 27001:2015 pertaining to Software/IT services as on the date of tender notification.

The Bidder shall comply with all the mandatory Technical Specification.

Land Border declaration

The bidder must not have defaulted/Blacklisted in providing services against any of the previous purchase orders placed by MESCOM or any other utilities as on the date of bid opening.

The Proposed Hardware End-of-Life should not be less than Five years from the date of work award.

The successful bidder or OEM shall have an Office/Service Center in Mangalore OR shall open an Office/Service Center in Mangalore within 30 days from the date of issue of LOI.
