Dismantling the existing AC sheet roofing without roof timbers including removing the debris from the site and stacking useful material at work site for reuse etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Providing and Fixing of polyurethane foam for Sloped roofas thermal insulation panels or Sandwichinsulated panels with external 0.50mm totalcoatedthicknesprepaintedGalvalumesheetwithtrapezoidalroofingprofile having crest height of 38mm at every 333mmspan, whereas internal 0.50mm totalcoatedthicknesspre painted galvanized iron sheet with micro ribbedprofile and the insulation material will be chlorofluorocarbon and hydro chlorofluoro carbon free , highperformance rigid polyurethane foam (PUF)conformingto IS 12436 having density not less than 40±2Kg/M3,Thermal conductivity (K-Value) 0.024 W/m.K measuredat 10 degree C mean temperature along with necessaryflashings such as L flashing, C flashing etc& accessoriessuch as screws ,fastners ,sealants etc for fixing the paneletc., complete complying with standard specification.

Dismantling the existing Plain cement concrete including removing the debris from the site and stacking useful material at work site for reuse etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Earthwork excavation in all soils and subsoils except hard rock requiring blasting with initial lead and lift as initial lead of 10.0 m and lift 0f 2.00 m including re-filling the sides of foundation in layer of 15cm. thick watering ramming depositing the surplus earth in the premises as directed by the departmental officers etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Plain Cement concrete 1:4:8 [one cement, four M-sand and eight course aggregates] using 40mm size Hard Broken/Machine crushed Granite Stone Jelly including dewatering if found necessary and laid in layers of not more than 15cm thick and compacted etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Paving the floor with 8mm thick Joint free Rectified Glazed Ceramic Flooring Tiles of all colours in all floors over a base layer of cement mortar 1:3 [one cement and three M-sand] 20mm thick laid in-situ and pointed with the same coloured cement neatly, including polishing with electric polishers to a high degree so as to make it perfectly smooth and showing etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Painting two coats with ready mixed Plastic Emulsion paint (weather proof) of approved quality and colour over a priming coat, including thorough scraping, clean removal of dirt and including necessary plaster of paris, putty wherever required etc., complete as per standard specifications.

Brick work In CM 1:5 mix using best Second Class Table Moulded Chamber Burnt Bricks 9"x4½"x3" having 350 kg/cm² compressive strength and 15% or less water absorbent in the period of 24hours immersement and confirming to ISI specifications including finishing, curing etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Plastering with cement mortar 1:5 mix (one cement five P-sand), 12mm thick in all floors using clean screened M-Sand and including cost of curing for fifteen days from the completion of the work and surface should free from undulations and including the cost of preparing the surface for plastering and protecting from other damages till setting of mortar etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Flooring with 50mm thick Cuddapah Slab over a base of CM 1:3 (one cement three M-sand), 20mm thick and pointed with cement mortar 1:3 using black oxide etc., complete complying with standard specification.
