Dismantling old timber scantling 40 Sqcm and over in section, fixed in framed / un-framed work complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone / boulder masonry built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quins, arches , pillars but excluding ashlar facing and pre-cast concrete articles complete all as specified and as directed.

Note: WPC shall be measured & paid for separately at supply only rates.

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) mixed with water proofing compound @ 2% by total weight of cement on concrete surfaces such as chajjas and the like, finished the surfaces even and smooth, complete, all as specified and directed.
