Excavation in trenches in any type of soil exc 1.5 Mtr in width and not exc 1.5Mtr in depth and getting out for laying of cable complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Returning filling in, including spreading leveling,watering and well ramming in layers not exc 1.5cm each layer compete all as specified and directed by Eng.-in-charge

Removal of surplus soil to distance not exc 50mtr and depositing where directed at level not exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point. complete all as specified and directed by Eng.-in-charge.

Sand cushioning to underground cable 8cm thick before laying the cable and 15 cm thick after laying, stretching and testing the cable. complete all as specified and directed by Eng.-in-charge.

Sub class “B” bricks laid dry flat cover the cable with width equal to the length of cable, abutting each other for protection of cable complete all as specified and directed by Eng.-in-charge.

Supply and fixing of 63 Amps MCCB bus bar chambers factory febricated suitable for 3 Phase & neutral iron clad with 4 Nos 100 amp rated copper strips including 01 No of MCCB rating 63Amp Pole, with two Nos Earthing connection bolt with locking arrangement front door operated complete fixed flush in wall and making good the disturbed wall surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Eng.-in-charge.

Supply and fixing of single phase temper proof Electric Energy meter with LCD display 240 volts 2 wire system, 10-60 amps, 50 HZ having accuracy class 1.00 as per IS-13779 complete with all standard anti temper features including logging & display of tamper data complete including sealing properly using lead seals and wires as required complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Supply and fixing in replacement Meter box for 1meters with triangular locks of suitable size 300x150x170 mm transparent LID of including fixing old meter in new box complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Earthing complete with galvanised cast iron earth plate electrode of size 600x600x6.3mm thick busied directly in ground less than 3.0m deep below normal ground level as earth electrode with top edge of the earth plate not less than 2.25mtr below ground level using GI wire 4mm dia as earth continuity conductor connected to earth plate by means of welding, GI thimbles, nuts, bolts & washers all as directed including providing earth wire protection pipe GI light grade15mm dia from earth plate to main switch board/panel, watering pipe 20mm dia with wire mesh and funnel at top, earth pit and RCC pit cover with handle of angle iron frame of size 40 x 40 x 6mm in PCC 1:3:6 adequate quantity of charcoal dust and salt and kalmi shora all around the earth plate, earth work in any type of soil remaining surplus excavated material all as required at site and specified in EP No 5 of SSR part I 2009 or directed by Engineer-in-charge and incl testing on completion. NOTE:-(i) Main earthing lead from earth plate electrode to test point upto length of 7.5 meters length shall deem to be included in the unit rate quoted against this item. (ii) GI protection pipe & earthing lead beyond 7.5 metre shall deem to be included in the unit rate quoted against this item . (iii) On testing after completion if the desired resistenance is not obtained the contrator shall redo the earthing without any extra cost to the department .

Supply laying and testing cable XLPE insulated screended PVC bedded , galvanised steel strip armoured, electric power cables (heavy cable ) with stranded aluminium conductor , 1100 Volts grade of size 3.5 core 35 Sqmm complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply laying GI Pipe light grade 40 mm dia laid in trenches or wall fixed with suitable size of saddle complete all as specified and directed by Engr - In - Charge.

Supply and fix LT cable jointing kit for 1100 V grade cable for end heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3.5 core XLPE armoured Aluminium conductor cable of size 35 Sq mm 3.5 core complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix LT cable jointing kit for 1100 V grade cable for end heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3.5 core XLPE armoured Aluminium conductor cable of size 120 Sq mm 3.5 core complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Submain wiring with two single core PVC insulated flexible copper conductor cable of sze 6 sqmm and one single core PVC insulated flexible copper conductor cable green colour of size 6 Sqmm as earth lead in & including concealed PVC conduit light grade cutting chases to walls for laying conduit and making good the disturbed wall surfaces to match with existing specification complete all as specified and directed. by Engr-in-charge.

Supply & fix sheet metal enclosure MCB distribution board Single pole & neutral 240 volts 8 way with IP-43 IK-09 protection double door complete with appropriate size bus bar and neutral link, fixed flush in wall including chases wall for fixing DB and making good distributed wall surfaces to match with existing specification complete all as specified or directed by E-In-Charge.

Supply and fix in replacement MCB single pole 240 volts any rating from 5 to 30 amps,c-curve with rupturing capacity 10 KA,including providing thimble for out going cables complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in replacement MCB SPN 240 volts any rating from 40 amps,c-curve with rupturing capacity 10 KA, including providing thimble for out going cables complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.
