Disconnecting and dismantling & complete overhauling of 33/11 KV power Transformer capacity 1500 KVA, Make CG ser No. DT3565/1 after disconnecting of electric supply and earth connections including transportation to work shop, drained out transformer oil, lifting/removing of top cover of transformer & cores with chain pully blocks/crane, cleaning of sludge and washed down with the help of spray of clean oil and re-assembling of transformer with S&F of new gasket set assembly, replacement of nuts, bolts and washers as required, re filling of Transformer oil after centrifuging at satifactory dielectric strength complete after electric connections and testing complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Filling of new transformer oil having dielectric strength not less than 60 KV complete including centrifuging of oil (if required) up to getting dielectric strength near 60 KV complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for dehydration/filteration of transformer oil having dielectric strength not less than 60 KV complete ) and up to getting dielectric strength near 60 KV complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for replacement of HV copper coil complete complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & laying of HT XLPE Insulated screened aluminium stranded conductor cable PVC bedded galvanized strip armoured heavy duty 11 KV cross sectional area 120 Sqmm 3 Core conforming to IS 7098 laid in duct/trenches complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down the unserviceable LT cable from trenches/ walls /floor etc Supply & laying of LT XLPE Insulated screened aluminium stranded conductor cable PVC bedded galvanized strip armoured heavy duty 1100 Volt cross sectional area 95 Sqmm 3.5 Core conforming to IS 7098 laid in duct/trenches complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down the unserviceable LT cable from trenches/ walls /floor etc Supply & laying of LT XLPE Insulated screened aluminium stranded conductor cable PVC bedded galvanized strip armoured heavy duty 1100 Volt cross sectional area 70 Sqmm 3.5 Core conforming to IS 7098 laid in duct/trenches complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches in hard/dense soil not exceeding 1.5 meter wide and not exceeding 1.5M in depth for laying of cables and getting out of excavated material complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick each, excavated soil in trenches after the pipes have been laid and tested complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Removing excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50 meter and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.50 meter above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Supplying and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, Class LV, Type 1, flat, size 250mm x 150mm x 40mm complete all as specified and as directed.

Supplying and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class HV, Type 1, flat, size 300mm x 180mm x 40mm complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for sand cushioning below/above and around cable in trenches/ducts with rivers complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix heat shrinkable straight through cable jointing kit for 11 KV grade cable joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 120 to 185 Sq mm complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix cable jointing kit for 11 KV grade cable for indoor termination heat shrinkable type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 120 to 185 Sq mm complete all as specified and as directed.

Repair/Maintenance/Servicing of 33000 Volt CT & PT any type and size by taking shut down,cleaning and removing of carbon particles, rubbing of heated portion of bus bar and cleaning complete and fine setting, tightening of all joints in bus bar, earthing etc and welding of broken parts including Transformer Oil etc. And replacement of u/s nuts/bolts/washers and replacement of corroded glands, lugs/ thimbles and tightening them properly and testing complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing GI pipe light grade with necessary fittings in floor /piller/fixed on pole of size 80 mm dia complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F in replacement of danger notice plate of 1.6mm thick mild steel sheet vitreous enamelled white with letters, figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with M S Clamps of size 25x3mm, bolt and nut approved size for HT Panels, 25x20cm size including taking out old unserviceable danger notice plate complete all as specified and as directed.

Cutting of vegetation/grasses earth hips etc, cleaning and levelling of cutting areas in various electrical installation areas, surrounding of HT/LT poles panels complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & Labour for Cement concrete in foundation, filling and mass concrete type B2 1:2:4 (40mm graded aggregate), not exceeding 15 cm in depth for plinth protection path including necessary excavation, form work and dismentling of old surface complete all as specefied and directed.

M & L for PCC cable route indicator in mix of 1:2:4 type B1 of size 450x200x75mm with oval shape and writing the letter HT/LT cable with synthetic enamel paint and embedded with PCC foundation type D2 1:4:8 of size minimum 250 mm depth including necessary earth work complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & fixing in replacement 100 AH, 12V Maintanance free dry battery including replacement connecting materials such as terminals,lead, thimbles, lugs, nuts, bolts and washers as required at site complete all as specified and as directed. Make:- Exide, Amco.

M&L for detection of fault through fault locating high voltage mobile machine to locate the fault in 11 KV HT/LT cable by giving high voltage surge and to find out exact location of fault complete all as specified and as directed. Note: - The Item includes transportation, charging machine upto detecting fault at a time and fault should be immediately located after intimation from rep of this office
