REPAIR REPLACEMENT OF SECURITY LIGHTS POLES AND ALLIED WORKS AT ALISDA CEPTAM AND MTRDC RESIDENTIAL AND TECHNICAL AREAS UNDER GE I R AND D WEST BANGALORE

Excavation in trenches for laying of underground cables above 35 sqmm and upto 95 sqmm size including refilling and consolidating the excavated earth after laying of cable . Note:- The minimum depth and width of trench shall be 0.6 M and 0.45 M respectively.

Dismantling and taking down existing 1100 Volts grade cable any size from trench, wall, ceiling, culvert and pole and complete all as specified and directed.

Supply , laying, connecting and commissining in trenches or fixed to wall/pole or passing through pipe, XLPE insulated LT cable ,1100 volts grade heavy duty, armoured heavy duty electric cable , with aluminium conductor of size 10 Sqmm , 4 core all as specified and directed.

All as per item no 3 above but cable size 16 sqmm, 4 core

Supply and fix in replacement , medium grade, Galvanised tubing, 40mm bore complete with all fittings, laid under roads, drain, paths, fixed to poles/ walls with suitable mild steel clamps , bolts , nuts and washers complete all as specified and directed as for cable protection . (Note:- Excavation & earth work shall be measured and paid for separately under appropriate item of this schedule )

Supply , Fixing and Testing, Powder coated Outdoor street light control box/looping junction box of size not less than 250 x 200 x 90 mm made of CRCA sheet 3 mm thick IP 65 fabricated by CPRI validated certified approved panel manufacturere's in and including suitable terminal TPN 10 KA SMC Connector, MCB C Type SP 6 Amps , Surge protection device up to 100 watt LED light, canopy on top in a slanting manner, weather proof, hinged doors, side locking system with hinges and also panel locks on top and bottom of door in and including fixing of MS flat on rear side of the box for fixing on Steel Pole using MS clamps of suitable size not less than 25 x 5 mm nut bolts washers etc all as per site requirement including cable reconnections with new luga and glands as required at site complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note : The quoted rate shall include supply and fixing of hot-dip galvanized GI/MS mounting brackets/clamps (minimum 2 mm thick) suitable for pole mounting, SS304 nuts, bolts, washers, U-bolts/clamps, saddles and all fixing hardware required for complete installation. The item includes all labour, materials, cable terminations and satisfactory operation complete in all respects.

S & F in repair, three core, PVC insulated and unsheathed, unarmoured, 1100 Volt grade cable, 3 core, 2.5 sqmm with stranded copper conductor cable, drawn through and including 20 mm dia PVC conduit, medium grade with necessary fixing arrangement from looping box to security light fitting complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supplying and fixing of G.I. pipe (medium grade ) bracket , 40 mm dia , 2.00 metres long for mounting of LED street light fitting on pole including bending the pipe to the required shape, 2 nos 40 mm X 3 mm flat iron clamps with nuts, bolts and washer, painting the flat iron with one coat zinc metal primer and 2 coats of synthetic enamel paint etc. as required complete all as directed.
