Demolition of reinforced cement concrete in roofs, floors, beams, staircases, landing, rcc overhead tanks with base, chajjas and similar suspended work, with machine, concrete cutter, Grinder, steel cutter etc (reinforced cut as required to facilitate demolition & separation of steel from concrete and removal of spoil to a distance exc 50m but n.exc 100m as directed by Eingeer-in-Charge) complete all as specified and directed.

Plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified & directed.

Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc (AZ-70) coating GI based corrugated steel sheeting 0.50 mm thick any colour having tensile strength 550 Mpa as in roof coverings/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws etc , complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing Pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed complete all as specified and directed.

Roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Welded steel wire fabric supplied and fixed complete to wood or steel members complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors laid, bedded and pointed in any mortar including disposal of demolished material complete all as specified and directed.

Green marble work 18 to 20mm thick (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with marble shade complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brickwork or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc. but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

Brick work with sub class ‘B’ bricks, old size bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6 metre mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified & directed.
