Comprehensive maintenance for single phase AMR meter software hosting, GPRS Charges, meter calibration testing with multimeter, RF network monitoring and trouble shooting and repair/replacement of meter parts with manufactruing defect complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge (AMC for 440 Meter/ per month for 09 Months).

Comprehensive maintenance for for three phase AMR meter software hosting, ,GPRS Charges, meter calibration testing with multimeter, RF network monitoring and troubleshooting and repair/replacement of meter with manufactruing defect complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.(AMC for 80 Meter/ per month for 09 Months).

Comprehensive monthly maintence of auto fire alarm system installed in 13 BRD/16 BRD AF Stn Palam. The detail scope of work consists of the following :- (i) Cleaning inspecting, checking and repairing if required all the equipments of fire detection system. (ii) Operational test of all the equipment of fire detection system in presence of rep of users and Engr-in-charge. (iii) The contractor shall submit test report regarding functioning of all the equipments duly signed by contractor, users rep and Engr-in-Charge on monthly basis. (iv) The maintenance shall be carried out through manufacturer representative or his authorised Rep. (v) Emergency visit shall be carried out when called in addition to the normal monthly maintenance in case of any failure in the system due to any cause without additional cost. (vi) Material required for replacement shall be measured and paid separately under respective items of this schedule as 'Supply and fixing' and labour component for the same is not included in comprehensive maintanance contractor shall quote the rate accordingly. (vii) Testing of entire fire alarm system and rectification of fault complete to the entire satisfaction of engr-in-charge all as specified and directed .

Supply and installation in replacement of response indicator lamp complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in replacement of addressable duct detector with multiple sensitivity level, programmable for timed automatic sensitivity and with base UL listed complete all asspecified and directed.

S&F in replacement of Analogue addressable control modules complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of Analogue addressable fault isolator module capable of monitoring shorted loop circuit and automatically restore communication when shorted conditions are re corrected complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of Addressable Dual tone electronic sounder / hooter enclosed in MS box with LED indication hooter complete all as specified and directed.
