Demolition of cement concrete (Un reinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed

M & L cement concrete type B-0 (1:2:4) (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) as in roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges or as in roof padding concrete etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness laid beddd and pointed in any mortar in roof or in any position complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for cement concrete tiles 25cm x 25cm x 20mm thick, machine pressed; over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 4 above but except concrete tile of any description , complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down/removing of existing water proofing treatment of any description on roof surfaces and wall surfaces complete, including screed bed, racking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc., and removing rubbish out of MD land complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick mixed with WPC on concrete surface in cement mortar 1:4 on roof surface and finished even and smooth complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for preparation of plastered roof surface and applying Polymer APP modified membrane with non- woven polyster reinforcement/mat with thermal insulation, weight not less than 3kg/sqm and thickness not less than 3mm, laid by torch application method with overlap 100mm on length side and 100mm on the width side over a coat of cold applied bituminous oil based primer(IS-3384) @ 0.40 litre/sqm on prepared surface as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Treatment shall be carried out by authorised agent of Manufacturer.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified and as directed.

Cutting grooves in brick wall or concrete wall 75 mm wide and 65 mm deep for inserting membrane and shaping horizontal face of groove with cement mortar 1:3, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for reinforced elastromeric liquid water proofing compound membrane with resilient acrylic polymers having sun reflectivity Index (SRI) of 105 as approved by GE on top of roof surface in three coats @ 10.76 ltr /10 Sqm. One coat of self priming of elastomeric water proofing liquid (dilution with water in the ratio of 3 :1 i.e. 3 part of water proofing liquid and one part of water) and two coats of undiluted elastomeric water proofing liquid. The dry film thickness of complete allocation/ system should not be less than 600 micron. The treatment shall be carried out through authorised representative of manufacturer and application shall be by mechanical sprayers or as directed by GE.

Disconnecting existing tanks of capacity exc 250 ltr but not exc 500ltr, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning, etc. and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position. after cleaning , complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down steel water tubing of 15 mm dia bore incl connection & removal to store.

Taking down steel water tubing of 20 mm dia bore incl connection & removal to store.

Supply , fixing & laying 15 mm GI tubing medium grade with one socket both end threaded in any length including cutting threading connection in new or old position and all type of GI new fittings for laid in trenches/wall/ceiling/ floor/ all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 16 above but except GI tubing complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and as directed

S & F joist, channel, angle, or tee sections, fixed independently, without connecting plates, etc. cut to ordinary lengths complete all as specified and as directed.

Fixing only rolled sections as in framing for cladding, glazing and the like fixed with angle cleats and connecting plates, etc.complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair 15mm dia Ball valves high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated Aluminium rod & highdensity plastic ball screwed for iron pipe and fixed. (Minimum weight 15mm-142gms) complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item no. 24 but 20 mm dia (Minimum weight 15mm-142gms) complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of air lock / blockage of water in GI, tubing 15 mm / 32mm/50mm bore cleaning the pipe or fittings etc and re-fixing the same in position complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair small fitting of galvanized iron medium grade such as socket, elbow, nipple or different sizes Tee, union reducer etc for 15mm bore pipe all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Dismantling plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge or thickness at any position or similar pattern of roof covering complete all as specified and directed.

S & F pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating 150gsm, GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/ cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 38.00 above but except bricks complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Serviceable bricks obtained from demolition shall be reused after cleaning.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface in cement mortar 1:4 finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for preparing new plastered surface and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down existing wind driven turbo ventilator of any size and shape at any position complete all as specified and directed

Fixing only wind driven turbo ventilators of 600 mm size obtained from item No 42.00 after servicing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer -in-Charge.

S & F wind driven turbo ventilators of 600 mm size with fixing sheet. The top portion should be made of aluminium with power coating, The shaft and varipitch should be made of stainless steel and aluminium respectively alongwith heavy quality ball bearing system without FRP base complete all as specified and directed by Engineer -in-Charge. Note: (i) 100 % site for execution will not be given at once to the contractor . Site will be provided as per requirement decided by Engineer in charge. (ii) The contractor will attend to execute this item with proper fitting and finishing within 8 hours of verbal direction given by Engineer in charge or GE , failing which, there will be a penalty of Rs 1500 per hour exceeding 8 hours.

Taking down easing and adjusting aluminum shutters including complete accessories of any description exc 1.5 sqm but not exc 4 sqm each refixing in same opening, all as specified and as directed. Note :- Replacement of door closer, glass, lock, handle, tower bolt etc shall be measured and paid separately.

Taking down chowkats or frames with shutter not exc 1.5 sqm each but with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frame), complete all as specified and directed

S&F 35 mm thick flush shutters, solid core construction, with block board core and ply wood face panels, commercial type on both sides complete all as specified and directed

S&F in repair 2 mm thick FRP base of wind driven turbo ventilators of any size or specification at any position including own arrangement of scaffolding complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair Butt hinges, extruded aluminium alloy with galvanised mild steel hinge pin, anodised and fixed, type B-21 complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation etc.) any thickness, including cover fillets complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of new or previously untreated wooden surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of pink primer complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Nylon wire bird proof netting of HDPE twine of 1.00mm dia and having mesh size 25mm x 25mm square or diamond type black UV stablized including supporting of all mesh netting by 10mm dia nylon rope by steel hooks of suitable size and other required fixing arrangments as in ceiling on existing trusses of hangers complete all as per manufacturer's instructions, specified & directed. Note:- Unit rate quoted by the contractor shall also include the following elements:- (a) Fixing & installation of wire netting with nylon rope and by other means as directed by Engr-in-charge/GE and shall be got done from manufacturer's team as per authorised firm handling netting solutions of skilled workers as per manufacturer's instructions all as specified and directed. (b) Provision of requisite necessary scafolding upto height of 25 m as well as other works nature i.e civil welding etc required to execute/ complete the work shall be provided by the contractor. Scaffolding provided shall be of requisite strength/design to avoid any mishappening/accident. Any compEnsation on account of any accident/mishappening/damage occured shall be paid by the contractor as per rules and regulations of labour contract act or any other similar staturatory rule applicable. (c) Contractor shall arrange all safety measures for workers to avoid any mishappening during execution of work and also covered all workers with insurance. (d) The work has to be executed at Hanger roof ceiling and no any extra payment shall be made by Govt for extra height. Contractor may quote their rate as per site conditions with considering all above aspects.
